Left my curls very, very soft, but a little fluffy on the definition side. I can't say I've experienced overconditioning before, but this may have done it. I don't know why exactly, but my curls wouldn't clump for the next 2 days after using this (until I shampooed again to try that) and were more fluffy. The moisture level was very soft though.

I luv this stuff! I was a little skeptial at first because I didn't see any reviews from anyone with my 4b hair type, but I washed my hair with Soy Cream shampoo from this same brand, then I rubbed the conditoner in and sat with a thermal heating cap for 25 min., then rinsed out and my hair was so soft!! I was really shocked. I give this product a four only because of the small amount that you get for the cost.

Very nice deep conditioner. Leaves my hair very soft afterwards. My only complaints are the tub container (hard to use in the shower) and lack of slip but these are minor complaints. I'm on my second tub.

A wonderful hair treatment! My hair was left soft and manageable. I wish it wasn't so expensive, and wish it came in a larger size.

There is no phase 1 and 2 any longer Product comes in one 4 oz jar and is excellent, rich deep conditioner. It detangles when I smooth it down my hair. Leaves hair soft and moisturized.

I really like this, at forst was a little put off by the size of the jar (its tiny) but because it's so thick and almost solid and you only need a little it really does end up lasting than you'll think.
this always leaves me with soft curls, I find it also helps them to spring back. This is a keeper
