This felt like it coated my hair somewhat, but it didn't offer any moisture (which I really needed after using the Silk Shampoo).

This feels more like a detangler, for days when you don't need a lot of moisture. It worked okay. I like a little more weight and moisture for my coarse hair.

This no longer has mineral oil in it. It has been replaced with jojoba oil. Same with PSP and SLI.

I would have to agree with most reviews..this doesnt do much for moisture or any type of detangling at all!! Ive worn my hair curly off and on for over 25 yrs...and this product was just OKAY...will not repurchase.

Wow! I'm so surprised about the terrible reviews this product has received on this site, because it works very well for my dry, tangled, hard to manage hair. When I use this conditioner I get soft, shiny, bouncy, light-weight curls that POP! Maybe it's a better product for 4A textures like mine. Nothing detangles my hair better than this product and CHS's Silk Shampoo. A wonderful combination for me. And I adore the Silk Leave-in Conditioner -- it smooths my rough texture to a silky, shiny finish. Love CHS.

I have a sample of this conditioner, and it works really well at detangling and moisturizing my hair after swimming. However, I have other products that work just as well for half the cost, so I will not be purchasing this once I finish the sample.

This product had no detangling properties to it at all. What 3b curly hair doesn't need a detangler? I guess you could use the slip or leave-in, but it burns me a little that I have to buy and put on even more product. Not buying again.

The conditioner was good, but not one of my favourite products in this line. I could never get away without leaving a leave-in conditioner after using this.

I did not like this product at all. It did not detangle my hair nor did my hair feel nicely conditioned.

This works worse for moisterizing than a cheap drug store brand! It did not help detangle either!

Doesn't provide a whole lot of moisture, which you really need if you use the Silk shampoo. I felt the combo of Silk shampoo and this conditioner did more harm than good to my hair.

I agree this conditioner serves no purpose. I've never had a problem with tangles with any other conditioner. With this one, I couldn't even comb through my hair until I used the Leave-In.

Not that great of a conditioner. It's very light and doesn't detangle all that well. Actually, I'm not really sure 'what' purpose it serves. The Pure Silk Protein Conditioner is a better option here.

Great for detangling but so-so for moisturizing on its own. I won't be ordering a new bottle when this one is finished. My hair really needed the Silk Leave-in Conditioner afterwards - which is fantastic.

Perfect instant daily conditioner for my graying, colored 3b/c hair. Light-feeling, leaves my hair feeling squeaky clean, but detangled, strong, and very easy to style. I love CHS Pure Silk Protein even more, but I never have 10 minutes to let it sit on my head like the instructions say.
