Meezer - Hair Type: 3a I also noticed an immediate difference in the shower with this shampoo. My hair felt conditioned and supple. 'Supple' being the key, here. I'm not too keen on how the directions say to leave it on for 3-5 minutes, but it really does 'do' something for chemically treated hair. I'll probably repurchase.

psychokitty - Hair Type: 3a As someone who has colored their hair for about 15 years, I noticed a big difference with this shampoo. It cleans my hair without stripping the color out. My color now lasts about twice as long.

tmccray - Hair Type: 3a I didn't know that "squeaky clean" was literal until I used this shampoo. It thoroughly cleans, but leaves hair soft and detangled. It also strenghens hair. It's like nothing else out there.
