StepNOut - Hair Type: 3b I honestly wish that I could give this product a 0! It has a slightly unpleasat dor to it, its not moisturizing, it pulls out the curl, caused my hair to frizz, and left me with curls that hadd barely any movement to them.

curlylancastergirl - Hair Type: 3b I've tried this product again and again, with and without conditioner underneath, with OneCondition and also with other conditioners, and I just can't get consistently good results. Two curls for its ability to reduce or eliminate frizz for me and for the great shine, softness and curl definition for the first few hours after having applied the it. After that my curls get slightly "big" though still defined. But by the end of the day my hair is dried out and looks coated with some whitish powdery stuff all over it and is terribly tangly, and I'm forced to shampoo a couple of times to get it out.

nursegogo - Hair Type: 2c This product smells incredible and everytime I wore it, people would ask me, "what perfume are you wearing?" However, it didn't hold any curl for me and I needed something stronger. My hair is on the thicker side and I have a feeling it responds much differently on fine/thin hair.

I use about two nickel-size blobs in my long hair. It works great for me as my only styler. I wish it smelled more like oranges as some of the other Deva products do.

shkiesz - Hair Type: 3b I plopped down a chunk of change for this gel and the Angell conditioner and the No poo. I had high expectations based on what the salesperson told me. Too bad for me. This is a sticky and unwieldy gel. It doesn't coat my hair shaft and leaves my hair feeling dry and brittle. I've tried it for a month now, styled it many different ways (air-dry, diffuse, blow dry). It's not worth the money. I recommend Ouidad over this gel any day.

EnchantedCurls - Hair Type: 3a Sadly, I was disappointed with this product. My curls had good definition, but they were very stiff and crusty! The next morning, the stiffiness did go away with some wetting and re-styling. But who wants to wait until day two for a product to work? I've tried mixing it with other products to see if the crustiness goes away. No luck here.

I tried it several times with different combos. The smell is nice though. I prefer Curl Keeper, Ouidad Climate Control Gel or Paul Mitchell Styling Glaze.

I rub about a tsp of it between my hands, hang my head over forwards, and scrunch it in that way into dripping wet hair. Dries a bit crunchy, but it's very easily scrunched out after hair is dry. Leaves beautiful shiny curls, and smells lovely! LOVE it!

NOLaCURLS - Hair Type: 3c This product did a good job of creating definition for my curls. I also liked that it wasn't sticky and didn't leave my hair stiff. I only gave it 2 curls because it did NOTHING to control the "poof" factor, which is very important to me so I will not buy this product again.

BeachBlondeWavie - Hair Type: 2b when they applied the angell at the devachan salon, it was drying stiff and i was thinking ew gross, then the stylist was like no watch, he scrunched and like magic stiff lifeless hair became soft, goddess like frizz free curls! of course i got the stuff, and use it at home and my results are just as amazing. i normally dont like using gels, but this one is a keeper.

I'll probably use up the bottle, but this made my hair curlier than usual (which is not what I was going for) and left me with more halo-frizz than usual. My hair got bigger than I like it to, also. I am really disappointed becuase I thought I would love this product given how much many other culies do and given that I like One Condition a lot. I'll experiement with using different amounts of the gel.

Meezer - Hair Type: 3a Unfortunately for me, this has ultra, ultra light hold. I live in humid SW Florida and this just didn't hold up. In order to use it and have a good day, I have to pair it with some Biosilk Rock Hard Gelee... and well, that's just not cost effective. There are definitely better gels out there. This one smells DELICIOUS, though! I WISH the One Conditioner smelled like the Angell...

I find myself having to use a lot in order to get the look I want. That said, this is a terrific product. It leaves me with defined, non-crunchy, shiny curls. I wish it had a little more hold to keep frizz at bay longer, but it's still a winner. I will definitely repurchase!

I absolutely LOVE Angell! My hair is on the finer side and more wavy then curly, so it gave definition to my hair without weighing it down. It's light, easy to apply, and smells fab! Definitely a HG for me. :D

I found out how much to use from the devachan folks and love the smell...no greasy look...don't know what happened in the last review...it is a soft hold and I do have to mix it with a bit of firm hold clear gel or an Aloe Vera Gel..I would re-purchase this...the price is good.
