liv2dance4 - Hair Type: Nice and light- kinda smells like maple syrup. Doesn't weigh hair down at all but makes detangling easy and gives effective moisture to helps soften hair. Not very impressed with refreshing quailites for 2nd day hair though.

melaniesusan - Hair Type: 3a This is a wonderful product. I use it in conjunction with Innersense's Pure Inspiration Daily Conditioner and the Quiet Calm Curl Control cream. After towel drying, I apply a slightly heavier leave-in (Giovanni, used sparingly), then Quiet Calm, then spritz on some Sweet Spirit. When I wake up in the morning, I spritz some on again. The result is great curl formation—not just waves—for my 2B/3A hair. I also use it as a curl refresher, and it never makes my fine hair look dirty, crunchy, or sticky. The only drawback is that both Sweet Spirit and the daily conditioner DO contain parabens (ingredient list on naturallycurly website is incorrect), so if you're allergic to them, beware. I recently asked the company about this, and they said they are actively searching for an alternative preservative.

btyjunkee - Hair Type: 2a I love sweet spirit - I have fine hair and whenever I get fly-aways or frizz I just mist it lightly over my hair and push the curls back in place. This is the ONLY leave-in i have ever liked. Usually they weigh my hair down or make it greasy, but not this one. It doesn't have any silicones so my hair stays light and boucy and it really shines. 4 curls for me.
