I love this shampoo/conditioner for those days when I have been at crew practice and I need to shower and shampoo but I don't want to use a strong shampoo. The smell is great too! And it lathers very well. It's just perfect for gentle cleansing that quickly gets you on your way.

My (straight-haired) boys love this. It saves time and frustration on their part, as it's one-step cleaning and conditioning. They like the smell, too.
