Because my scalp is sensitive, I was hoping the tea tree in this would be helpful. However, it was too stimulating and actually made my scalp and fingers (after applying with them) ache. Menthol balms sometimes do this with my hands, but I've never had a haircare product do this. I got a good bit of volume with this product, but it was completely undefined, not curly at all, and poofy-fluffy. It also felt dry at the ends and coated everywhere else.

A wonderful cleanser/conditioner. Yields a delightful tingly sensation on the scalp.

I love this cleanser. Very unique! Great for no-pooing. Feels great on the scalp.

This is the product I use to get started on the CO wash routine. It works well. It's a bit hard to get adjusted to the fact that you do not have suds, but the results can be seen in a week or so and are worth it. Hair is healthy, more controllable, less frizzy. The only thing I don't like is the fact that you can only buy on line. I need to smell a product before I buy it.
