If I could give a product 2.5 curls, this would be it. But I can't infer what I think it would be like for others. I just know about me and my wavy hair. Less than average clumping everywhere but left my 3as around my face intact; okay defin but acted weird (flat in some places, too volumeous (but not frizzy) in others; liked more than cond (used once with Botanical Rinse cond and once with my usual brand to establish a baseline); good definition (odd to say about a poo)

It's a good cleanser for cleaning product out of my hair but after rinsing my hair feels like straw and tangled. I bought it in the travel pack so I could try it first. Glad I didn't by the full size.

The difference in my hair after using this product for just 2 weeks (twice a week)was extreme. In a word....AWFUL. I'd been straightening my hair almost daily and didn't have a much breakage then as I did after using this line of products. I don't recommend this at all.

This shampoo must be used with the Botanical Rinse. Together, they are the best combo I have found to date in regard to softness, shine, moisture and manageability.
