LOVE this stuff! I wish I had tried it sooner! Really goes the distance, doesn't weigh down once dry--dries with some crunch but can be easily scrunched out. In this Florida humidity I was quite impressed, we'll see how it does in the peak of summer when humidity is crazy high here. I feel like it is really controlling the frizz, defining the curls, and you don't need much--works great with the structura lotion underneath. Not crazy about the smell, but not over powering either. A MUST if you live in humid climates!

Excellent for tight, dense curly hair, and truly keeps humidity-induced frizz at bay. Also not drying for a gel. Mixed with the Structura Lotion, it's fantastic curl definition! Love it.

I'm amazed at the positive reviews for this product. Maybe I need to use a LOT less than the curly cocktail instructions it came with. Insanely crunchy wet-look and I can't do anything with it. No way is this crunchiness coming out until I wash it out. Right now I hate it. I'll try using WAY less and see how that works.

I like this gel when used with Repair Curling Creme as a leave- in and after Structura Lotion. It gives me nicely formed, soft curls without any frizz and all day hold. It is definitely a summer product though; it is too much for the winter months.

This gel is great, especially when mixed with the lotion. It helps with curl definition. I would give it 4 curls, but it's not a guaranteed works-every-time product. This may just be my (3a) hair, but it's sometimes great (especially when I diffuse it with duck clips to "lift the roots") and sometimes pretty scraggly and not very defined (ponytail hair). Overall, it is a huge step up from the regular drug store products I was using before.

Love this gel. In the summer, mixed with Structra Lotion, it gives me the best curls ever. In the winter, when it's dryer, this is a bit heavy for me.

I have the best luck with this gel if I combine it with Structura lotion. First I use the repair cream, then I combine the two gels in the palm of my hand and apply in sections.

Humidty will become your friend. No need to stress with this gel. Curls last and last. Mucho shine. Dries crispy but de-crunches very easy.

My favorite gel and used primarily after shampoo rather than cowash. I first "base coat" my hair with a little Curlisto hair repair cream and Ouidad Botanical Boost spray, then apply the Control II. Better than any other gel for smoothing and defining texture and hold with serious crunch. A little goes a long way in my hair.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT; BUT IT IS A LITTLE PRICEY FOR THE AMOUNT GEL I USE DAILY. HOWEVER, I WOULD STILL BUY IT. MY HAIR IS THICK, AND THIS GEL CONTROLS AND WEIGHS DONE MY CURL, A PLUS FOR ME.

This is great. I have to admit I like gels that give my a little crunch so I was set back a bit. This leaves my hair soft with great curl formation. I'm going to try it with the structura lotion next!

This product does what it says. When paired with Structura Lotion, the results are fabulous, defined curls! DH loves the musky smell.

THE NAME SAYS IT ALL.! WAS THE ONLY GEL THA GAVE DEFINITION CONTROL ESPECIALLY THOSE HUMIT DAYS ALWAYS MY HAIR LEAVES SOFT WITH A NICE SHINE AND SMELL IT IS A MUST IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CONTROL OF YOUR CURLY HAIR SOMETIMES I USE IT WITH MY STRUCTURAL LOTION AND SOMETIMES IUSE IT ALONE ON VERY HUMIT DAYS iT IS SUBERB
