it had the opposite effect on my hair- instead of moist,it made my hair dry and straw like. Maybe it's because of the starch.

I only used this conditioner (paired with the poo) once because of the results, so my review isn't based on extended usage. In the shower, I got no seaweed feeling from the conditioner. I seemed so light, like a detangler. When my hair was dry, I was surprised how soft it was. However, it seemed to have that too-soft effect on my curls that made them and my waves loosen so my hair looked straight-ish. The reason I had to give it 2 curls though is because I had LOTS of frizz (halo especially, but also throughout my hair/curls/waves), probably from the potato starch (I've had that result before from the Matrix Sleek and Curl conditioners and the Loreal Vive conditioners). The very excessive frizz ruined the softness' positives for me.

A good daily conditioner - light and creamy with a nice scent. My hair felt detangled and soft.
