Love this product. I doesn't weigh down my hair and no silicone, protein or glycerin means I use clarifying shampoo less frequently.

I am losing curl at a rapid pace on top of my head and am desperately trying to find a product which will treat my beautiful 3A/B curls right while somehow making the ugly, flat now-straight part have something that resembles a curl or even a nice wave. My stylist warned me the Playcurl line would dry my hair out and didn't think it would do anything positive for my hair, and boy was she right! The mousse and even the shampoo dried my hair out so badly it felt and looked like hay. I tried mixing it with Ouidad Tress FX gel, Climate Control Gel and Curl Quencher gel, plus I tried it alone, all to no avail. Ouidad has some great products, but this and the others are just too expensive - no justification for prices so high.

It definitely added volume, but my hair is so thin that I could only apply it at the roots, otherwise it dried it out too much. It worked best when I used another product in conjunction to add definition.

This makes your hair very sticky, stiff and frizzy. Does not provide any hold. It dries out your hair and it is expensive.

I've been using this in combo with Tress F/X, and really liking it. It definitely pumps up the volume.

My hair was noticeably thicker all around, and a lot curlier in the front and sides, but my back is still flat (otherwise would have given 4 curls). It's true that there's no hold, but using Climate Control over the top works great. At first I thought I needed a lot, so was a little disappointed because of the price, but once you realize you're not using it for hold, you really don't need a lot at all.

This product delivered as promised. My top layer got much curlier and my hair was soft. I find that if I combine it with a little bit of gel, I get the hold. The scent is nothing to rave about, but it doesn't linger.

Poofy look to my hair. Did not like it.

If you're looking for more volume, this is a good one. It didn't give me quite enough hold.

I thought this product was GREAT for my 2b/3a waves. I wish it was available in a professional size though. This isn't as good of a value as Ouidad's climate control gel because it lasts about half as long for me.

Takes 4 handfuls for my short/medium hair.Expensive! Tried CQ poo and cond. along with climate control which weighted my hair down. Now use this line. It does adds volume and helps curls. However, I don't see much difference in moisture or shine. Will still keep searching for another product. Ok but not great.

Not my holy grail stying product, but not bad. The smell is a little overwhelming (heavy floral) but not too bad once hair is dry. The mousse doesn't have enough hold for me to use on its own - my hair looks 'fuzzy' for lack of a better word. I still have to layer a little gel on top and it doesn't seem to hold up to humidity. I don't get any more curl or volume with this product than other Ouidad gels (Trex FX or Climate Control).
