This is the best stuff EVER! I smoothed this on top of my leave in and coconut oil sealer then added my gel and I was good to go. My curls are a little looser and even my roots are under control which is an added bonus. I also can not get over how well defined my curls are and that they are not a dried out frizzy mess by the time I made it to work this morning. The only downside is the price but to be honest, anything that can soften my thick curly roots without drying it them out is worth every single penny. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!.... and yes a little goes a long way so it should last you a while.

I have been using this for years, it smells amazing and with my frizzy and thick hair it does just the trick when I apply a small amount to wet hair!!! My hair looks and smells awesome for the rest of the day!!

LOVE! I've used this product for 20 years (yes it's been out that long) and love it. It smells lighter than it firts did but that's how i attrcated my husband. He loved the smell of my hair. Just put a nice dab in your hands and rub tigethre, then lightly pat or scrunch your hair when semi dry. Best EVER!

LOVED this product! The smell, the definition, the all day hold... My only issue was the price, though a little does go a very, very long way.

First: I love the Aveda smell. Second: I CAN'T STOP TOUCHING MY HAIR. Bad for a curly, I know, but it's sooooo soft I can't stop. I only use a TINY amount and mix it with Aveda Confixor (my HG gel). No crunch, totally soft, shiny hair. LOVE!

Love it! It's my favorite product. My hair is pretty coarse and it works perfectly for me. It does not work well for my friend who has finer hair, because it adds too much weight and pulls her curls down. I use it right after my shower and it dries naturally in nice curls. If I brush my hair later and it gets frizz, I just spritz with water and rub in more Aveda humectant.

this is a definite "must have" - it works and it feels good on my hair... you can use it any time, any season and it works... I'm not much for their curly line of products, but I do love this pomade!

I wanted to love this product so badly, in fact i still keep it in my bathroom and use it everyonce in awhile in the hopes that I will have a different experience, but I keep being disappointed. It smells like HEAVEN, but it leaves my hair with a funny texture, almost webby if that makes any sense. Maybe I'll start dabbing it on my wrists and use it as a perfume. LOL.

I really love this stuff! It doesn't make my hair frizz. This combined with the be curly lotion is awesome! I've tried a lot of salon hair products but I really think that this is the best so far. It's like magic curls!! Love it!

This product is staple of mine. I always have it in stock. I love the way it smooths my hair and at the same time leave it moistened. AMAZING and you only have to use a little bit. It is worth every penny!!!

Years ago I remember I loved this stuff. But it doesn't work anymore - don't know why. I still love the smell & texture, but now it seems to just put a slightly greasy shine over frizz rather than helping curls to clump.

I didn't know whether to give this 2 or 3 curls. I love the fragrance, and it makes my hair really shiny. I also like the ingredients and philosophy of Aveda. BUT, the product is for use in dry hair as a revitalizer - with thick, long 3a hair, I don't think there's anything that can fix dry frizz once it's formed (except wetting my hair and starting again). So even though I kind of like the idea of the product, and it does add a little bit of shine to frizzy hair, it's not really very useful. I'd call it an okay emergency product.

This is an amazing pommade! I loved the SHINE it gave my hair. I just take a little between 2 fingers and smooth this pommade on individual curls, specially at the tips. Can make my hair greasy, so I avoir applying directly on my roots. I love the smell, so fresh!

This stripped the polish off my nails.

My curls NEED some humidity. Sometimes when there just isn't enough - in the winter, on a plane, other cities - I use a small amount of this on my dry hair. (Note: it takes a while for the stuff to pull the humidity in my hair and help my curls.)Just a dab rubbed in my palms and then lightly scrunched - helps revive my curls! I carry some in a small container in my purse. A jar of this stuff usually lasts me over a year. AND it smells wonderful.
