For my curls, it made my hair sooo soft and not dry. I would recommend it.

I liked the product okay, it was a little heavy for my hair, but it smelled nice. I would like to mention that "cyclopentasiloxane" is most definitely a "silicone".

My hair was really dry, even though I was using a leave-in conditioner. I received a tip from an article on this website saying to use a heavy conditioner as a leave-in. It sort of made sense but I was skeptical. Then I tried this product and thought, "I wonder how this would work as a leave-in?" Oh boy, what a difference! You don't need to use a lot. I have pretty thick 3C/4A hair and one tube lasts me about two months. I know this is not a leave in but I use it as one and my hair has never felt better.

I really like this product. I used it before diffusing and got defined, soft curls. For those who straighten, it would probably work especially well.
