A great gel that's not too thick, but gives good hold and good curl formation. Worked especially well for me when mixed with some Pantene get it Straight Smoothing Creme.

This gel is ok. It provides decent hold and defines my curls. The only downside that I found was that after my hair dried(I apply gel to wet hair)the gel would sometimes get flakey or make my hair look dull.

I think this gel worked rather well on my hair and defined my curls. The only problem was the build up it left on my hair. Best low cost gel.

I like this product and for the price it is really good. However, a little goes a long way, if I put too much then my hair is hard and crunchy, and also I never use this alone. I saturate my hair with water then apply a leave in conditioner, comb through and then apply gel. After I take a towel and blot off the excess water and product. For best results, I let my hair air dry and most importantly don't touch it at all (I find that to be the hardest part of all) lol

Used alone, this was sticky (but almost every scrunching gel I've used is) and worked okay, but made my hair really crunchy even when I used a little bit, and made my hair darker, too. It also took longer for my hair to dry. However, if you don't mind waiting an extra hour for your hair to dry, and getting slightly crunchy, darker hair, then you might like this.

When this first came out I used it together with a little bit of the Pro V Curls Conditioner. My hair looked great and I got compliments about the smell. Years later and several products later, I decided to try this again. It wasn't the same. My hair looked greasy and lifeless.

I tried my roommate's which she said worked well for her but didn't do much for me. It seemed exactly the same as when I don't put anything in it. She has very thin hair so maybe thats why.

This gel is quite good. It gives good hold and is reasonably priced. I found it a bit difficult to distribute though. There are better gels out there.

I'm normally not a Pantene fan but this gel is actually good! It doesn't dry my hair out or leave build-up, it doesn't feel sticky or get flaky and it gives exactly enough hold to keep my curls together. It's the only drugstore gel I've tried since letting my hair go natural that I would buy again.

I liked this gel i gave good hold all throughout the day and left hair a little crunchy but not like a lot of other gels. i really didn't like the smell...reminded me of cucumbers or something like that.

For the price of this product, my styling results weren't too shabby. I had ok curl definition, but the hold didn't last all day.

First, I paid $3.99 for the gel - good thing too because I'm not buying it again. Gives your hair the "wet look" which as someone with wavy-to-curly hair I'm not too fond of. Smells good though! Didn't give enough hold for me either.
