I have very fine hair and found this conditioner much too heavy, especially in conjunction with the peppermint shampoo that does not seem to fully clean my hair.

This conditioner is NOT good for no-pooers, it contains cyclopentasiloxane and dimethicone, which cause build-up on the scalp and hair leaving your scalp possibly itchy and flaky, and hair limp and stringy. The only way to remove those ingredients is to wash them with a sulfate shampoo, so no-poo curlies beware!

Avalon makes good products, not necessarily the killer product but good stuff consistently. This condish is good for no-pooers or low-pooers as a good scalp scrub - great ingredients and strong mint for cleansing/scalp stimulation/deodorizing. If you need a deeper conditioner, put your fave deep condish on the ends and then take this stuff in for a good scalp fingertip massage & leave both in through your shower for clean scalp and conditioned hair.

I really like this condish! It leaves my hair moisturized and my scalp feels tingly after I use it. Most important is that it is without harmful chemicals and is the closet to being 100% that I have found :)
