A decent rinse out conditioner. The slip is lackluster to say the least, though. Also, DO NOT EVER use this as a leave in. I tried this as a leave in conditioner under Devacurl Ultra Defining Gel and although my hair looked nice enough, it left a very substantial residue and buildup on my hair. My hair feels disgusting, like I haven't washed for 2 weeks when I just washed the day before yesterday! Never again!
Made my scalp dry and itchy. It was bleeding in places as if my scalp cracked. Smelled ok at the store but when I let the scent loose at home it reminded me of pinesol. I'm not even going to finish the bottle and I cannot even pawn it off on a friend.
I used it as a deep conditioner treatment after having shampooed with the Lemon Clarifying Shampoo and I loved it. It left my hair feeling moist and smelled great to me. I plan on trying the Lavender nourishing shampoo next and would suggest that those looking for something new to give it a try. It went well with my kinky curly leave-in conditioner and shea butter mix
Not a fan. It worked okay for the first month, but then left buildup at the roots, weighed my hair down and made it rather stringy. I definitely won't buy it again.
This product was okay. I liked the smell. It's somewhat thick, but I felt like i had to use a lot of it to get slip. :/ I probably will not repurchase this.
i really liked this conditioner! it softened up and moisturized my hair! it did a great job of replacing the moisture that was basically stripped by the shampoo. two thumbs up!
I was not a fan of this product. 1. The ingredient list has changed and alcohol is the 3rd ingredient. 2. It contains cones. 3. It's not a very good detangler. 4. It doesn't provide slip and is difficult to distribute throughout the hair. 5. If you like lavender the scent is okay, but very strong. 6. I feel mislead because of the emphasis on "Organics" on the bottle. I definitely will not buy this product again.
First of all, they must have changed the formula because on my bottle 3 of the first 5 ingredients are 'cones or alcohol. Plus, it smells like chemicals. If you're looking for a product that is mostly chemical free as well as socially and environmentally conscious, go with Aubrey Organics or Dr. Bronner's.
I was very disappointed with this product. I love the shampoo & expected the conditioner to at least smell the same but it had an awful chemical odor. It left the grossest film on my hair that I couldn't remove for 4+ days. I returned it for a full refund.
I have mixed feelings for this conditioner. On the plus side, it smells fabulous (a real aromatherapy treat, especially if you love lavender), is made with organic ingredients, and is cruelty-free. It's also a decent detangler. However, it's not the best detangler out there. I prefer Innersense Pure Inspiration Daily Conditioner for my curly days and Burt's Bees Grapefruit & Sugar Beet conditioner for my blow-dry-it-straight days.
