I use this conditioner as my cowash and I love it. It has protein for my fine hair and leaves it super soft.

This is pretty good, unless you overprocess your hair. Since I have fine hair that's hard to color, that's frequently my situation. This is good about color, unlike most Paul Mitchell products.
