When I used it, I had a lot of surface frizz, followed by a lot of in-the-curls frizz, which ended in shapeless curl-less-ness as all of the hairs individually joined the frizz revolution away from the curl camps. In the beginning though, I had "curls on steriods," skinny but not stringy curls everywhere. However, the frizz took over and the curls broke up into the frizz.
