This technologically advanced, marine-based conditioner contains Hydramine Sea Complex,™ and jojoba oil to provide the ultimate in moisture replenishment for dry hair. pH 3.5-4.5. Contains Quadramine Complex, ™ an exclusive blend of positively charged, low molecular weight and size proteins (MWS 150-2500). This balance of 19 essential amino acids (the building blocks of hair) adheres quickly and effectively to ensure maximum protection and reconstruction from the cuticle to the cortex.

My curls were very stringy when I used this conditioner. I also had stray hairs frizzing out like a very coarse rope's strays. My curls looked very, very bad.
