CurlRating: 5 Dec 08, 2010longhair - Hair Type: Type 3a (curly) I have very long hair and have used Zerran Botanum Shampoo and Equalizer Conditioner for almost 8 years. I have healthy hair and few split ends, and people often ask me how my hair is so healthy? This Zerran combo is the first product I've found that does not build up on your hair over time. It moisturizes your hair, and makes hair flexible, strong and shiny. From first use, it made my hair healthier. I condition for 5 minutes, then rinse it out. After that, I add just a wee bit (quarter size) to my hair and leave that in.

A lot of good botanicals. But also a lot of sulfates. The smell was a little strong for me.

I agree with Gretchen--the fake banana fragrance was hard to get past. Low lather but seemed to not rinse clean. Lots of hair in my fingers when rinsed.
