I have mainly 3c hair with 3b at the back of my hair. I purchased this because I liked the texture and the smell and I was going to blow dry and flat iron my hair for the first time. So I had detangled and sectioned off my hair and applied this ontop of oyin hair onto each section and twisted it up to not get any tangles. I let my hair air dry to about 85%-90% dry and took down one section before I was like forget blow drying it. It looked nice. had a nice sheen but I got lazy and didnt want to blow dry each section so I left my hair twisted up. This gave me the bomb two strand twist out. My hair was very well defined, shiny, smelled good, nice soft hold. Its not cg but I think I will stop being such a cone nazi after using this product. I went into ulta and tried a litte of the shine serum from this same line and my sister was like you really didnt need it bc it didnt look any different from what I already had in it ( meaning just this product). This is worth the price! Definitely a repurchase.
