this product is great on wet hair if you have loose curls or for me i like to use it when i do a twist out and what is even better you can use it on dry hair and it never flakes and your hair is super silky

I thought this would be ok for sealing after a LI and before a gel. Well i was wrong this is so runny so it's hard to distribute its slips between my fingers before i can even get it in my hair. I tried various ways putting this my hair and notice my gel doesn't get crunchy when it dries. Adding this product to my regimen made my curls very droopy and undefined almost like wavy. Your nose never gets used to the smell either usually whatever product you add last you will smell not with this it overpowers everything. Used alone was a huge disaster! CK didn't work for me and neither did this i will be sticking to light natural oils. -3B/3C, Med. Porosity, Med-Coarse Texture, Thick Density.

I have 4a/4b hair. This stuff is liquid gel. It made my hair crunchy, and it's sticky. I gave my bottle away.

My hair drinks this product like nobody's business! I don't like how sticky it is and I also don't like that it is watery...it may make a good detangler however it is not a good conditioner or sculpting product for my type of hair.

I love this stuff! It gives my hair great definition and hold without feeling too crunchy or stiff. I can also get second day hair!

I wish I could give this product 3.5 curls but I can't. Anyway, I did not like this product at first because I didn't use any type of leave in under it and my hair came out frizzy and not defined. Well I tried it again recently, used a little bit more and took my time to section it through my hair and I also used the Mixed Chicks leave in conditioner under it and I finally got results I am happy with. It just took time for me to figure out how to use this product to get what I want.

This product gave some pretty good curl definition, however it left my hair a little on the dry side dry. I wouldn't recommend this product to other 4's. Try finding a product that provides hold without drying out the hair.

I liked the smell of this. It also gave nice shine, but so does the nourish and shine. This product provided no hold for my 3b/c curls.

My 3b/3c hair can be kinda hard to tame and slick back into a curly ponytail, I love this product when I'm slicking my hair back, I don't like gels so I decided to try this, it holds it in place like a gel without flaking at all and gives me amazing shine

I love this stuff! It smells incredible and it coats the hair shaft well- I layer it under a gel

I love this product. Not many smell as good as this does. It works really well for my long hair. the only reason I gave it 4 curls is because I can't buy it in my local shops.

I really like this product. I use it with a little Ouidad Climate Control and WOW! I have great curls and little frizz. I also like to use it after my hair is dry as sort of a hair spray. Just using a small amount after it is dry keeps it styled. I like that this is not as expensive as some products and makes my Ouidad stretch since it is kind of expensive but well worth it.

This really works to define, enhance and hold my curls but I have to be generous with product. I love how I can scrunch my hair when dry to adjust curls without creating frizz unlike most other products; a great substitute for CK without the plastics.

I really wanted to like this product, but even though it gave me great shine and definition, it left my hair feeling very dry and coated, and that feeling lasted through two washes.

I use this as a CK replacement; it's cheaper and available on the ground! I'm not crazy about the smell (although it's better than CK's), but it gives me beautiful hair when layered under a gel. Will most likely repurchase.

This is good stuff, but very runny so it's hard to distribute, esp through really long hair. Therefore, hair looks great where the product gets, but a few frizzy strands tend to poof out where the product didn't make it. Use a teensy puddle at a time n very wet hair. Good results, overall.

I had to try this product after reading all the good reviews. It works great for my 3b thick curls. I used it today with a nice gel beneath it and the result was basically frizz free, pouf free curls. It has a light scent and a light crunch. The crunch doesn't bother me because I know that my curls are going to stay in place.

This is the best hair styling product I have used. I love the smell and the fact that it is not sticky. My hair is soft, shiny and full of curls, with a lot of body. My hair did not frizz AT ALL through a whole day of rain and very high humidity.

I really like this product!! I have a thick mass of curly 3B hair which is very difficult to control. For years I have been trying to find a product that adds weight to my hair and separates my curls and this product seems to do the trick for me.

i love this product because it has enough hold to keep my curls defined but it doesn't weigh them down. it's so light that it dries faster than other products and the smell is very fresh but not overpowering. it only works well when i coat every single strand of hair though. and because i use so much my hair dries a little crunchy but i just have to touch it a little and then it's great. i cannot use any heat with this product though. it works best when i air dry.

The smell is fantasic!! It is a great friz controlling leave-in that should be mixed with a gel for hold.

Adds good conditioning properties with just bit of hold. I wouldn't depend on it as my sole styler, but it's great mixed with a gel.

This gel is fantastic! It is a lightweight, very liquid formula with a wonderful scent. A little goes a long way, and it holds really well--it keeps my curls from frizzing out. The only negative is that when it dries, it leaves a cloudy film on the hair. But, not to worry: smooth a little Nourish & Shine over it, and your hair will look gorgeous AND have hold!
