This is a truly unique product. I was a little leery when I first looked at brown paste and smelled it, but it is truly amazing. My hair felt dramatically softer and looked much shinier.

Unbelievable and incredibly unique. It is one of the most moisturizing treatments I've used. My hair is so shiny after I use it. The smell takes some getting used to, but it's definitely worth it.

I like it a lot; it makes hair soft and shiny. The smell is very strong; it smells like incense. Some might be put off by it, but I've grown to like it. I put it on my dry hair before going to bed then wash it out in the morning; my hair feels fabulous.

I love this stuff as a heated deep treatment.I put it on and either get into a steam room or go under a hooded dryer for about any hour. Shampoo, condition and my hair is wonderful with Shine!

I heard such great things about this stuff. It did nothing for my 3b curls. Queen Helene hot oil works for me, this did NOT. Another waste of money.

The best product I have ever used for straightening and deep conditioning and now the only one I will use. I started using this product a couple of years ago and fell in love with it's results right away, it is a little expensive (it's a little cheaper on QVC, $49) but a little goes a long way and is well worth it.

I use this as a DT every 1-2 weeks and it's wonderful. Soft, shiny hair that lasts. I personally am NUTS about the smell, and will use a tiny tiny bit (about the size of a grain of rice?) to calm down frizzies midday and just to get a whiff. Imparts awesome shine and softness to dry hair. And it'll last me forever!

I just used Ojon for the first time and WOW! I applied it to my dry hair and combed it through -- easier said than done. I put my hair up in a loose bun and left the product in for two hours. Shampooed with warm water and my JOICO shampoo and my hair is FABULOUS. Shiny, calm, soft, and my curls look healthy. I purchased OJON at QVC and think it is quite a bargain given the fact that it will last so long. Nice to know I can use a LITTLE when styling, if needed in between deep conditioning. Thanks to NATURALLYCURLY.COM -- your website is great.

Buttery type oil....very concentrated...........smells of cocoa (in its natural state)burnt cocoa kinda smell....very moisturising and does the job.....i use it as an overnight prepoo twice a month...every other week....it stays on for about 8 hrs...and b'leve me it works......my coarse hair was sooo soft that you could run your fingers through with no tangles and no shedding, stregthens and moisturizes....downside is that some may not like the smell, but its not that bad, plus the smell didn;t even stay on my hair...my conditioner and leave in overcast it, but the thing is the longer you leave this on, the less smelly it is cuz the smell dies out........i will definitely recommend this and repurchase it.

I really like this product. I use it as an overnight pre-poo treatment or sometimes I'll put a tiny bit on my ends. It makes my hair very soft, shiny, and manageable. A little goes a long way, so I think it's worth the price.

my hair is colored, processed(softened), frizzy, puffy and ununiformed waves. it gets blow dried & ironed constantly and looks abused and dull. this treatment made my hair vibrant, shiny, soft, frizz free and ressurected it from the dead...it's miraculous! expensive but worth every penny, a little goes a long way..it smells divine, like mocha coffee... i use it as an overnight treatment and also put it in my hair after towel drying as a leave-in-shine enhancer. i've tried 100s of products and haven't found anything like this.

My hair: 3c/4a My hair loves this product! I used it like Michelle, Gretchen, and so many others, by leaving it in overnight. I rinsed in the morning and used the Ultra Hydrating shampoo and conditioner and couldn’t believe how soft my hair was. I like the scent, which as other reviewers said, smells like a mixture of coffee, chocolate, and incense. I also use a little bit in my hair during the day because I really have dry hair and it seems to moisten my hair without making it greasy. I’ve noticed that the other products I use mask the smell a bit so it’s not as strong. It is pricey but I do recommend this product highly.

I got a sample of this product and did a deep treatment for 20 minutes. My hair felt like I didn't do any treatment. I was not impressed and to make it worse it is too expensive for minimal results.

This stuff is kind of odd. It smells like burnt nuts and chocolate but it leaves my hair soft and pliable. Excellent slip for tangle comb-out in the shower too. I still use a rinse out conditioner and stylers but I notice a positive difference!I guess you either love this stuff or hate it.

At first I thought it would be too thick for my thin hair...I had great results both when I used it as an overnight conditioner and also I tried using just a tiny bit on dry hair....calmed the frizzies instantly!

I had already ordered this when I read the reviews here & was worried because of the comments about the fragrance (I'm really sensitive to scents & can't use a lot of heavily scented products). I ended up just LOVING this though!! To me, it smells like a combination of coffee/chocolate (mocha?) and incense. Hard to describe really, but I like it. I use this often at night for a leave-in deep conditioner and the scent has become very comforting to me - like something you want to snuggle up to. My hair (3a/b, thick & dry) just soaks it up & I'm left with the softest hair I can ever remember having - just like a baby's! I can't stop running my fingers through it! It's not heavy at all & I even use a little bit sometimes during the day to smooth out any frizz. It adds incredible shine & gloss without looking greasy. You only have to use a tiny bit & it seems like the jar would last a long time. (TIP: Check out ebay for auctions - I got a full, new 3.3 oz jar for half the price on Ojon's website)

I really love this product. It smells absolutely gorgeous... sort of a nutty, musky, vanilla coffee scent. And it rinsed out well, without the same lingering weight and greasiness I've had with other oil deep treatments. Left my hair looking shiny and beautiful. I just loved it.

This is the best conditioner I have ever used it is great on frizzies, and adds shine, instatly softens and you can see the results after one use. It can also be used for the body. although the conditioner is a solid it has to be melted into a liquid and the smell might take some getting use to

I just received this product a week ago. I have only used it as a leave in conditioner and it made my hair very soft and smooth. I am looking forward to using it as a deep conditioner overnight as advised. It smells very earthy, like walking deep in the woods or rainforest.

its an amazing styling pomade for xtra thick, tightly curled hair like mine... i have te worst time finding a oil that will staruate my hair without too much greasiness, etc. it also works great when i runb it in at night adn corrow my hari in fat braids.. in the morning i have loose waves ...it makes the most of very very coarse hair, basically.. adn weighs it down, kinda relaxing the curl pattern.

I do love this product. However, it only works well if you leave in it overnight or at least 4-5 hours. I also recommend brushing it through your hair (not as a styling option, but a deep conditioning one); this allows it to be evenly distributed. All of my hair was naturally shiny the next day. This was great because my hair is short and some of it is damaged.

I wasn't impressed. Lucikly I got a sample instead of purchsing this pricey product. It smells like burned coffee. I feel you can get the same affect if you use a good conditioner on dry hair before washing.

This product did not affect the texture or condition of my hair (3a). It was no different than other oil-based products I've used before (except a lot more expensive). Not recomended if what you are looking for is curl definition. I imagine it works better on wavy or softer curls than mine. Overall it wasn't a terrible product, but I wouldn't spend the $55 on it again. Finally, the smell takes some getting use to (incense), but it is not offensive.

I love, love, LOVE this product! Personally, I love the smell and I like how it makes my hair look shiny and healthy. I find it works best as to put in as a leave-in overnight and then rinse it out before shampooing versus using it as a finishing product.

I didn't want to give in to buy this product because of the price so I called the company and got samples of the shampoo. conditioner and the RT. You dont have to use too much because a little goes a long way. I used the shampoo and conditioner following the RT and I could not believe the AMAZING results from using this product! Absolute softness, defined curls, and the SHINE was unbelievable. My husband even noticed. Dont think that its too expensive because the 5oz jar ($55) would probably last at least a year, so its well worth it. This company has a customer for life. Also-great customer service, very friendly and answered questions quickly.

Wow! My hair feels like a child's hair. It is so soft and light feeling. I am in love. I copied Michelle by leaving it on over night. It's surprisingly easy to wash out in the morning, and my hair feels INCREDIBLE! The smell is strong, but smells earthy and natural. I didn't mind it. It's worth the price.
