Very thick conditioner (Thats a plus for my thick 4b hair) After rinsing it out, it made my hair feel very soft and moisturized . It is a good balance to the 50/50 shampoo. I like the conditioner way better than the shampoo though, I just hate that the shampoo didn't have slip to detangle and i hate the way the shampoo felt on my hair..

Wow I just used this yesterday after a long time and this just reminded me how great this condish is! I left it in for almost 7 mins while and the shower and my hair was soft defined curly and easy to detangle! Then I twisted my hair easily and my hair looked great! This condish is better than the shampoo and I got a litter of this from tjmax for 12.99 so I will definitely keep co washing with this.

Very good shampoo. I have 4a/4b/4z hair and its wonderful on the hair. completely all natural and helps to form curls. i was using it with KBN shealoe conditioner and water and getting some fierce curls, should've added oil to keep my hair moist though. but it still works and its alot lighter on the hair than smooth as silk.

This is a great conditioner! It leaves the hair super soft and detangling is pain free. Love it!

I loved this product! I found it moisturized my hair even more than Aubrey Organics which surprised me. Personally, I think this product has good slip. As for the smell, don't let it scare you! It smells almost like there's dill or some herb in your hair in the shower, but the next day it smells great.

I liked this product but wouldn't say its a favorite or staple, my 4a hair needed a bit more slip than this product provided, I would have liked it a little thicker to use for cowashing.

For my hair, it's O.K. as a cowash. Not as moisturizing as some other conditioners I have used as a cowash. I would not use it as a regular/deep conditioner or leave-in.

Great conditioner! I purchased after trying the "smooth as silk" & while the slip isn't as good, I prefer this because it doesn't make my hair feel so slick. Plus it still has the great scent that the smooth as silk has...delicious!

2b-3a hair. I have to agree. I liked it at first. It has good slip, and makes hair easier to detangle, but after a while my hair was just craving more moisture and I had to switch to a thicker conditioner. The smell is nice, and I still use some of their Direct Leave-In, but this is not the first conditioner I reach for anymore.

I really like this conditioner alot. It works better for me than Devacare One Condition - I get better slip using less product, it's natural & organic, it's more affordable (I can get it at Target), and I love the fresh scent.

Really moist, but can't use for more than a couple of washings in a row. I think it gets a bit drying when used too often. Maybe it shuts down the natural oils too much. I prefer to use is as a leave in, so it stays completely off of my scalp. I just rub a dime sized amount on my hands and swipe over the outside layer of my hair.

Pretty okay conditioner. Richer than expected. I seem to have an issue with the protein in it after a while though, because my hair started to feel a little "hard". There are better conditioners out there than this for sure.

This conditioner has worked really well for me! I've only used it for a week (but with daily CO washing) and I am really impressed with how well my hair detangled -- even better than another conditioner with a mild cone in it. Gave great moisture, and really helped my curls form better and not frizz as much.

Initially, I found this product to be very moisturizing. Over time, the protein built up on my hair and it didn't seem to be as well moisturized. If your hair likes protein, this is a great product with great ingredients.

Pros: Great moisturizing properties. Felt like my hair was taking a drink of water. Definitely coated strands well. Nice pricing - Purchased online for about 4$ (minus shipping)
Cons: Didn't give much slip when it came to detangling. It also made the curls I have in the shower lay a bit flatter which I personally try to avoid
