This product is very good for blow drying and flat ironing your hair straight. Adds a very shiny gleam without weighing my hair down or taking away from my hair's body. It's a keeper for me.

I'm not usually much of a silicone serum gal but love this stuff. I use it when I straighten and by applying to wet hair, I'm able to get very nice, shiny, straight hair with just my dryer and big round brush. No other products or tools necessary. Protects from heat damage. Add super shine without looking greasy or laminated. Resists humidity wonderfully! (I live in coastal SC!) Smells good too. Thick consistency. If you use it on dry hair for shine, only use the tiniest amount because it can be heavy that way. My skin hates most silicone products but this doesn't break me out at all. Washes out easily with coco betaine type cleanser. Doesn't build up quickly. I used it weekly for a month and got away with mostly COwashing with the occasional coco betaine 'poo on my roots/scalp only, and finally a full coco betaine wash at the end of the month. Good quality serum. :)

I am in constant search of things that are natural ingredients and animal-friendly, and this one falls into that category (even has soy in it!). My face breaks out real easy from hair product, so I had my hopes up where this was all natural...day one it didnt really work at all. Major disappointment! I wrapped my hair up in a bun all day, slept on it, and day 2 it looked better. This product left a slippery feeling on your hand/face anytime you came into contact with it. It may work if you have thin curly hair (mine's wicked thick and dry), and one upside is it had absolutely no smell to it. This is something I wouldnt spend $8.50 on again, too much effort (and time) to make it work!!
