I hate this product. It is filmy and it leaves a residue on the hair. Instead of curls I got spikes- I had to rinse out my hair and start fresh. I am going to try to retun it exchange it for the curl conditioner

I'm a 3b girl living in humid Austin, and my stylist recommended this serum for my hair. I really like it--it applies easily and my curls hold a nice shape. I don't need a lot of curl definition, and this glaze makes my hair feel soft and happy. I haven't tried enough products to know how this compares to others, but I do know that if I had to use this for the rest of my life, that would be fine.

I had decent luck with this one. Good definition and separation, but broke apart mid-day.

Not a traditional serum--more like a styling glaze. First time I used, got nice shine and encouraged curls. Next time, had more rope frizz and skinnier curls. Continued use yielded stringy curls mixed with the occasional really-nice curl, dry feeling, and more frizz.
