Greg Juice has been one of our most popular products since its introduction more than two years ago. "Juices and Berries" is the same oil-free mixture of vegetable moisturizers and herbal essences; the same beautiful amber pump spray bottle. The change? The fragrance... Juices and Berries is fragranced with the juicest, fruitiest, brightest fruit scent we could find! Perfect for summer, or anytime you want to sweeten your day. The therapeutic effects are the same as for Greg Juice -- spring water, strongly infused with a variety of herbs known to help stimulate the scalp and encourage hair growth; vegetable ingredients for detangling, moisture and suppleness; vegetable glycerine for humectancy and shine; and an essential oil blend nutritious to the scalp. This formula is excellent for a daily pick-me-up on cornrows or twists. It keeps locs moisturized without weighing them down. Great detangler, too. Naturally preserved with grapefruit seed extract and citric acid.

My hair tends to get very dry, very quickly. I twist my hair very often and I was struggling to find a way to revitalize my twistout. This products works much better than the leave-in creams and conditioners I was trying before. After I spray it on and work it from root to end, my hair feels and looks awesome. It's a little sticky if you apply too much in one area, but that doesn't last long. It smells amazing and consistently gives me awesome results. I highly recommend it.

I love this stuff!! I use it to help me detangle my hair, which works way better than using oil. Not sure why it works as a detangler but it does! Also use it to give my hair an extra boost of moisture. Works great on the ends too. The glycerin doesn't bother me and it's pretty cold here. Oyin suggest putting it in your hair and letting some steam get to it-either from a shower or a steamer-works a charm! Sure it's a little sticky but it doesn't bother me at all. Great value for money as a little goes a long way. Would definitely recommend.

If you read the ingredients of this product, then what it is able to do starts to make sense. The people saying it's not a great moisturiser confuse me. It is mainly water, are you saying water does not moisturise your hair? However, note that it does not contain oils, so the moisture it provides needs to be sealed in. I normally use a medium-thick oil and this works well for me, or a thicker cream/butter sealant in winter. It makes your hair frizzy? Again, it's mostly water! If your hair frizzes up when water gets to it, then this will also make your hair frizzy. Use your gel or whatever you normally use to prevent frizzies. As before, sealing usually sorts me out, although I don't mind a bit of frizz at all. It contains glycerine. In non-humid climates, this may pull moisture out of your hair and leave it feeling dry. Once again, sealing in the moisture prevents this for me. This ingredient also causes the sticky sensation. I don't get this unless I use too much. I love the smell. It is very sweet, but I love it. So, it can be used to moisturise if you seal, refresh a hairstyle if you can seal without messing up your hair and to provide a nice smell. I have never used it to detangle, I don't see why it'd do that well, except for maybe the aloe vera which may close cuticles with its low pH? Anyway, it does its job for me. Yes, you could get the same effects by making your own spritz, but I am lazy and plain water doesn't smell as nice. My hair is 4b/c if it matters. It is also short (just beyond a TWA), low in porosity, high in density and coarse.

This leave-in/2nd day refresher may be one of the best smelling products I've been introduced to for a while. Very fruity and refreshing and the name says it all, it smells like fresh juiced fruits!!!! If you spray a small amount on your hand and rub it in your skin you can see that it has the potential for great slip, although I primarily use it as a leave in conditioner AFTER my hair has already been detangled with loads of conditioner in the shower. So I'm not sure how well it works as a detangling angent. I love the nozzle on the bottle because it really produces a light mist. I love to use it to lightly refresh my matted morning hair because it springs my curls back to life and adds incredible shine. It's a great hair perfume as well. Very pleased with this product, I liken it to Carol's daughter leave in conditioner (black vanilla) despite the differences in smells. Because of the price I use it sparingly (wish they maid a larger size!!) but I highly recommend this product and will absolutely repurchase again.

Smells great, but a little too sweet? I purchased this product for second day hair and it's very helpful, but also oily which is a problem from me as it makes me break out. I cut down on the sticky oilyness by diluting it with water (which also helps with the strong smell) but make sure that you're not touching you're hair non-stop, otherwise it will become frizzy! Also, I used this product to dampen or saturate my dry hair when I didn't feel like wetting it down with plain water, but I did have to use other products (Oyin Hair Dew + Oyin Whipped Pudding) to make sure my hair stayed styled and didn't poof up during the day. Oyin is fantastic once you know what works for you, so I would recommend purchasing the sampler sizes first!

This stuff works wonders on my hair. I'm more than half a bottle through and it makes my hair super soft. I used it in my cousin's hair who is usually thick headed and it detangled her hair instantly. It is best used with the oyin shine and define. It's best used when hair is still wet and I put the shine and define in right after and my twists get alot of volume. I'm definetely buying these products again.

As far as 2nd day hair goes, this product sat on my hair rather than soaking in. It gave my hair a greasy, stringy look to it. Maybe this product would work better as a spritz on wet hair, but as I bought it to refresh 2nd and 3rd day curls, this product did not do that for me. Maybe my hair prefers oil-based products to this one?

This stuff smells like candy! I love it. However, every time I use it, it leaves my hair in a big frizzy mess. I think it's because of the glycerin in the product (i'm not sure though). Everyone else raves about it, but for me I give it 2 stars solely for the smell.

I love this product. It smells so good. I use it to refresh a twist-out or any day I know the humidity will be high. If it were cheaper, I'd use it to rewet my hair when twisting, but nothing tops water. I also use it if I want to baggy my hair. I'll be repurchasing this product.

I really, really, really like juices and berries. I enjoy the sweet scent and it adds moisture to my hair. I like to use it to dampen my hair for wash and goes if my hair gets to dry during the process. I goes nicely under the Donna Marie dream curl cream. I am only docking it one star because sometimes it is hard to spray the product out of the bottle.

This will be long, but details and very true... I love this stuff. My only con (-1 star) for this product is that it is sticky when it is wet which will cause frizz for me if I touch. But, other than that, it is GREAT! I use mostly on dry hair in the morning. I spray sections, detangle (great for that), do a light shingle with my denman brush, and one little scrunch per section right after. I do not touch again until completely dry, which is hard to tell because it is SO moisturizing! My hair is SUPER shiny, curls are very defined, mostly frizz free, and clumped (from my quick version of shingling). My hair looks almost like it has a jheri curl, but in a good way. This product does not compromise volume either. My hair still blows in the wind and looks very full - I have fine (medium density) hair. I love big hair, so maintaining volume and body is very important to me. I bought this to try on my vacation to PR earlier this month. And this product + the humidity...I had perfect moisturized hair days every single day! And it has worked extremely well since returing to NC. I am so glad I tried this product. The smell is scrumptous too! I use water alternately in the mornings because it simply doesn't need the juices & berries everyday (and moisture - or lack thereof- is a problem for me). Sometime, I can use just a light mist of water for 3 or 4 days...although I don't go that long very often because I LOVE the smell and feel of this product. OR sometimes, I spray it at night lightly with juices & berries, pineapple overnight or twist to elongate, and then shingle with a water mist in the morning. The moisture from this product last that long! Oh, and I use whipped pudding under it only once right after shampoo and DC (with my heutiful steamer). LOVE IT!

I'm almos ton the border with this product. It doesn't work well when my hair is wet because when it dries, my hair is really dry. But i can spray this on my dry hair and put some 100% unrefined shea butter on top of it and it works wonders. Makes my hair feel really soft and hydrated. And I like the smell. Its smells like kool-aid. lol

OMG soooooo not a fan of the smell. It is way overbearing. Smells like a combo of children's chewable Tylenol and Jolly Ranchers (sort of a sweet medicinal aroma). Makes me feel nauseous and it doesn't fade. As far as performance, this is basically a curl activator spray like S-Curl, World of Curls, Carefree Curls, Soul Glo, etc. The only difference is that it does not contain any cones, or flammable ingredients (think Michael Jackson and the Pepsi commercial). My hair is glycerin sensitive (it dries me out like the desert), but it was able to tolerate this. Even if this smelled better I probably would not repurchase. It's nothing to write home about. Not great but not bad either.

Oh My Goodness! This smells so good! Just like fruit punch. But, after spraying it on my TWA (teeny weeny afro), my hair wasn't as moisturized as I thought it was going to be after drying. After adding a little more veggie glycerine, it was very soft and much more manageable.BTW, I have natural 4b hair. One more thing to note, maybe it's just me, but scalp itches alot of using this. Over my natural hair journey, I seem to have discovered that I can't use products with any type of fragrance on my scalp. To summarize, this is worth a try: smells great, does moisturize somewhat, and is totally natural. I just wished MY scalp could tolerate it!

Smells like sweet tarts in a bottle! That's the only thing I like about this product thus far..It's winter time and I've heard that you get better results in the summer (or in warm places like Cali and Florida) because of the glycerin which takes the moisture from the air and infuses it back into your hair. I find that it does nothing for me thus far, but will try in the summer and see if I like it..Will give another review at that time..

I like Greg's Juice and I like Juices and Berries. The same curl refreshing spray in a fruity scent... Makes me very happy. I used it to refresh my twists after sleeping on them and I got compliments on how my hair smelled and how moisturized it looked. It takes a little time for your hair to spring to life, but it will with this product.

I really like this leave-in. It gives my hair the moisture it needs with and leaves me with beautiful smelling hair. The only problem that I have this this is that I;ve noticed that it left a film on my neck after using it. so now I wrap a towel around my neck and shoulder before using it. To me, thats an issue I can over look for such a great product.

It did not moisturize my hair. In fact, it made my hair frizzy, and it felt oily. But I did not throw it away. Instead,I now use it after a moisturizer, and before I put on a styling cream or other product that keeps down the frizzies. I sometimes use it for the scent.
