Smells bad! Doesn't control frizz! And, it causes major shrinkage as well.

Great frizz control, moisture and hold. I use when hair is very wet and diffuse. Gave me great definition and smells great. I sometimes use an oil underneath for more moisture and shine. (3b hair)

My 4b\c hair really did not like this product...maybe I used it wrong....I felt that it did not moisturize enough...for the price I expected better results...I used this product during the summer months on my twists, I will try again during the winter months.

I've been using this product for some years now. I will try other products but always end up back to the curly frizz pudding.

This has a nice light smell to it. Also It separated my curls in a way that no other product has done for me. Some of my curls still looked like what they did when my hair was wet. In other words when my curls are wet and stretched I was able to retain some of those curls with this product.

I wanted to like this, but it just didn't work for me - too slippery, left me with very stringy (3a/3b)curls.

Didnt offer much hold, but was very moisturizing,did leave residue when i used too much(which is why its stated that a little goes a long way

Smells divine and is very moisturizing, however, didn't provide enough hold or frizz control to last the day in the florida humidity. I love that it's all natural and really wanted it to work. It may be good for summer to use as extra moisture when hair gets dried out from sun and chlorine, but would have to use it under something if you want more hold.

I like this product because it leaves my hair light and relatively frizz-free, plus it gives it a great shine.

This is great on my 3b/c curls! It makes it much more manageable than any other product, and has just a tiny bit of hold, which is all I really need. It is especially good on top of the BB Curl Styling Butter. It's even better now that they've eliminated the strong fragrance.

This product has a slight gumminess to it, also I didn't find it to be all that hydrating. And, its frizz control properties are decent at best. I didn't find it to be the worst product I've ever used, nor the worst. So, that's why I decided to rate it a 2.

Good summer product. Curly Frizz Pudding has the texture of a lotion and really moisturizes the hair, even though it's not as rich as what I'm currently using. The moisture lasted all day and I got great curl definition from this product as well. Not a lot of shrinkage either; another plus. I only gave it three curls because it doesn't control the frizz for my hair. It wasn't out of control frizzy but I did notice a little more frizz than usual, for me. Overall, I recommend this product to anyone who's looking for moisture and curl definition. Some of the other reviews suggest using another styler with it to keep the frizz down.

I have been really happy with the BB products. My hair feels great after using them. I do find, however, that I get frizz if I don't use some CK or RR underneath. My fav combo so far with BB is RR, BB Curl Lotion and then scrunching in Frizz Pudding. Love the scent as well.

I had such high hopes for this product because of the natural oils and ingredients. However, this did not do a thing for frizz. I was left with dry, coarse, frizzy curls. My hair is very porous and my curls drank this right up. Save your money for something better.

I have basically come to the conclusion after trying many BB styling products that shrinkage comes with the territory along with lack of frizz control. This cream was very moisturizing but that was all. As usual, no definition and didn't tame frizzies. No weight, very poofy hair!

My hair was very moisturized after using this product and I like that it didn't cause shrinkage. The only thing is that it didn't tame my frizzies much at all. I have to use mousse or gel with it.

I purchased this for de-frizzing but it did not do that well on my fine 3b/3c hair. The hold was too stiff and it did not tame the frizz.

Has great slip and is very moisturizing, but separated my coils (anti-clumping) and caused major shrinkage.

I love this product! I use it in addition to a styling product and I still leave in a little of my rinse-out conditioner. I got it to tame the huge halo of frizz on the top of my head. It does this plus gives me overall definition. I also like the smell.

This works really well. I had to use it over a styler though, but the combination worked great!

It is fairly moisturizing, and it did increase my curl definition. But, unfortunately its de-frizzing properties are very low.

I would not call this a gel, it is still very lotion like, but it smells good and feels nice on the hair.

I got pretty good curl formation with this one. Left hair very soft and touchable.

I have never been able to use gel in my hair and not have it become crunchy, super frizzy and just yuck. I have even tried a bunch of products that came highly recommended by other 3b's but they just didn't work the way the way others claimed they did. This is a gel, but acts more like a lotion. My hair never feels crunchy and I no longer have frizz (and I live in humid FL.) Who could ask for anything more :-)
