My hair did well with this conditioner. The smell was different lol. Definately reminded me of a spike cake. Slip was good which made detangling a breeze. So far the smell was the only turn off. I didn't need a lot of the product which was a plus. If it was always on clearance it would be a staple for me.

Not only did this product smell horribly, but it had the reverse affect on my hair and made it even more frizzy than normal! Definitely not re-purchasing!

One of the first products I ever used when I went natural. I use this as a leave in / curl definer for my wash & go's. It's really lightweight and provides tons of moisture.

Another win for Aubrey! This is the 4th conditioner I've tried (and LOVED!) from this company, and I can honestly say that it exceeded my expectations. I had a feeling it would work well (I've had great success with the Honeysuckle Rose & White Camellia conditioners, also from the "dry" line), but I didn't know how well...until I used it as a co-wash. My hair was conditioned, detangled, and curled very nicely. And the smell is quite nice too- not bad at all and it wasn't too strong. Will definitely be purchasing again.

This really cleaned my hair without any weight. I really like how it has a real shampoo feel with a few suds too with no stripping. Scent left more to be desired, not really an island scent to me but more like a spice cake.

I use this condish to co-wash my hair weekly. I am pleasantly surprised how nourishing and moisturizing this is. Love it!

I love this conditioner! I would only want to give it 4.5 stars because the slip is not the best, but it has really been a miracle for my winter hair! I am using it as a leave-in and my ends are soft and silky smooth with fewer tangles and knots than I ever thought possible, even with heavy blow drying and low dews. Thanks Aubrey Organics! Oh, and I love the allspice smell- reminds me of gingerbread.

I decided to try this after having tried the Honeysuckle Rose - which was so thick and didn't have great slip. The allspice scent of the Island Naturals is nice and this conditioner is much easier to work into hair. It left my hair smooth and soft but I could see where this might weigh hair down a bit. I have fine hair and it did seem to be a little more limp with this conditioner. Quite moisturizing but probably not good for frequent use on fine hair.

I absolutely love this conditioner! The smell and the way it smooths the texture of my hair. I also mix it with olive oil or coconut and it gives me beautiful curls.

I have very fine and light weight type 3 curls. They need a lot of mosturizer and hold because they get really frizzy. This conditioner was CG friendly and was against frizz, so I was excited to try it. The texture was kinda weird and I didn't like the smell, but it did condition. The part I didn't not like was that it left my hair flat. My curly didn't curl as much as before. Granted there was no frizz, but I don't want lifeless/limp hair either. This maybe good for women whose hair is not as light weight and the hold doesn't strech out their curls as much.

I'm a huge fan of the Aubrey Organics line and wanted to try another conditioner to alternate with my AO Honeysuckle Rose. Island Naturals provided a lovely co-wash. My 4C...yes 4C....curls were well defined, soft and moisturized. I must admit, I'm not a big fan of the allspice smell, but it is a pretty good alternate to my beloved AO Honeysuckle Rose conditioner.

I love the scent, but I dislike the grainy texture, having to shake the product to mix the ingredients before each use & the feeling of a waxy buildup after just a few uses.

Felt fantastic going on wet. Excellent slip and okay, spicy smell. When dry though my hair didn't feel very "conditioned", KWIM?. Overall a nice, light daily conditioner. Does not provide enough moisture for my needs as a rinse out but I may use it as a leave-in.

After I deep condition with heat, my hair is soft, detangled, and almost frizz free. I alternate with it and a protein deep conditioner. Island Naturals is best for hair that is very dry, thick, and coarse.

This is a wonderful product for very kinky and very thick type 3b or 3c to 4b hair. It's a wonderful DT conditioner and works best if used once a week.

The conditioner that is the Chamomile conditioner for Volume is the best by far followed by the Chamomile Hydrating conditioner. Any thing else in this line is way too much for my fine waves.

I think the whole line of AO conditioners are just too conditioning for me. I love the allspice smell of this one, but it has these tiny grains in it that I'm not crazy about. I use this (as well as the Honeysuckle Rose) as DT's, but I cannot use everyday, as my hair will get a coated feel to it with daily use.

This is my favorite conditioner, my hair is thick and curly and it really conditions. The scent is very allspice like, but I love it and the price is nice. I have tried many other conditioners and this is the best, The bonus is that it is also paraben and chemical free!

Intense buildup and grossness on my curls. Lots and lots of frizz. Never again. When I cleaned out the sample bottle, even scalding hot water and soap shaken in the bottle couldn't get it cleaned out, suggesting it would be hard to remove as the yuckiness and frizz suggested.
