The constancy is weird. Firstly, it does not spread well. Secondly, it turns invisible, like, immediately (which makes it good as a leave-in). Between the two, you can't tell which areas were and were not conditioned. I know that sounds like a weird problem to have, but you'll see what I mean. Overall though, it imparts a lot of moisture and sheen (no hold though.)

I would really rate this 3.5 if I could. It is not bad and it is a heck of a lot better than some other natural (really honestly natural, not just labeled as such!) brands I have tried. I used this as a regular conditioner after co washing with a lighter conditioner. I really think the honeysuckle rose one by the same company gives me more moisture. That one has shea butter, this one does not. I think my hair needs the butter to help control frizz. If I were in a pinch and could not get the honeysuckle rose, I would buy this. Other than that, I will stick with the other for my curls. For the record I have mostly 3b with some 3a and 3c on my head. I have med to high porosity hair that is med (to coarse thanks to the grays) in texture...so I guess I just suck up these oils too fast or they all rinse off, not sure which or maybe both depending on the hair they touch, lol. I assume it is the shea butter in the other that seems to allow me to keep the moisture in my hair far better. Neither one have much slip to speak of, but I use kinky-curly knot today for slip and as a leave-in...it is just that kckt does not give much moisture (but it does great things for defining my curls into model worthy spirals and knocking out tangles like nothing I have ever seen and is also completely natural) so I need my rinse out conditioner to really do its job exceptionally well. If I were to use this one, I would need a stronger co-wash product first I think.

I have 4a hair. Love this! Started using three years ago when the AOHSR was leaving my hair too poofy in the summer time. Great at smoothing the hair, reducing frizz, giving sheen and even makes my hair darker (probably because it increases moisture). I mainly use it on damp or damp-dry hair to deep conditioner then wash out with a gentle cleanser. You may need to condition again after deep-co ing with this if you're using a strong shampoo. I shampoo it out with Curl Junkie daily fix or John Masters Evening Primrose so never need to condition after. This is also great on wet hair, but one star off because it sometimes leaves an oily film when used that way. The film can be good for moisture or cause more buildup depending on how clean my hair is. I avoid it, by using less on wet hair. I say definitely give this a try if you need an accessible deep conditioner.

I cannot say enough good things about this product. I started using the CG method a week ago and have been using this conditioner as part of my "no poo" routine and NOT washing it out. My curls have never looked better. My curls are defined, frizz is visibly reduced after using this daily for the past week. I can only expect that it will get better with continued use. Just as an added bonus, it smells amazing!

I used this product as a deep conditioner on my hair prior to washing it. I left it on the 15 minutes as recommended. Then, I used Elucence Moisture Benefits Shampoo to wash and then followed with this conditioner afterward, then rinsed and twisted with Oyin Handmade Whipped Pudding. My curls were very well defined and have never looked so good. It was moisturized and felt amazing. I would definitely recommend this product.

This conditioner does wonders for defining my curls! I have never had my curls pop that much with a non gel product! On the downside, as a leave-in my hair felt super moisturized, but the next day my hair felt like straw! It felt as if I hadn't moisturized it at all! I wouldn't recommend anyone leave this stuff in your hair. Wash it all out!

I returned this. It was WAY too heavy and greasy, even for my thick hair, and it didn't even make it feel very soft or that smooth. Also, it smells like bug spray; the scent gave me a headache. All this is, basically, is oils in a bottle that never really absorbed into my low porosity hair. It also made it pretty stringy. It's a shame...I wanted to like this.

If I liked the scent I would've given this 5 curls- but I don't. Other than that, this is amazing conditioner. Tangles melt away with this stuff. My curls are defined and moisturized after using this. Oh, it would be nice I have more in a bottle for the price too, but it is all natural!

I'm not too fond of the smell. It is Deeply, deeeply, deeeeeeply herbally. It is like sniffing a pot of nettles and rosemary in a kitchen with mint hung everywhere in a house that is wallpapered with more rosemary and mint in the middle of the grass greeny herb filled woods! The smell aside, I love love love the creamy consistency. It is like a dream. Unlike others, however, I find that this does not detangle my hair. It may even do the opposite. However, I would not give up on this one, and I've taken to using it as a pre-poo conditioner. It is a GREAT deep conditioner. Even on dry hair, sitting for 25 minutes. So there. I will buy, again, as my top deep conditioner. :)

Strangely, this conditioner did not really do anything for my curls. Pros: - I found out I have hair that needs some protein. - Kind of moisturizes in rainy weather - but honestly not really. Cons: - Did not define curls/waves - It's too heavy for my hair and weighs it down - makes it so flat my waves practically disappear - Not very moisturizing. I would do overnight DT or 15 min DT before going to the shower - it didn't help. My hair still had lots of frizz. You could barely tell the difference before and after. I tried giving it to my sister, who has straight hair..in the beginning she liked it because it weighed down her hair (my sister tends to have sections of her hair that stick out cuz of too many layers). However later on she complained it left her hair w/ white streaks when she got out of the shower. Yuck xP I would only recommend this conditioner for those who are protein sensitive/have really really really really dry/damaged hair.

I love this conditioner!! I tried the Aubrey Honeysuckle but it does not detangle or condition my hair like the Aubrey's White Camellia. Although the smell of these conditioners are debtable, I absolutely love the results! My curls are already defined I just need a product that keeps them stretched out but I have not found that as of today. I think I have 4a/3c/3b hair along with some straight hair. Pros: Detangles Hair; Leaves Hair soft Cons: Not too fond of smell;

My curl was definitely more defined and I had almost no frizz, that amazed me because I used this as a rinse out. But wow, the smell lasts a long time! I washed my hair yesterday afternoon and I could still smell it this evening O.O However I was searching for definition and that's what this gave me so no complaints. I would buy this again :)

LOVE this conditioner on my fine strands! Up until now I've been detangling on soaking wet hair in the shower, but now, with this jewel, I'm able to detangle on DRY hair with my FINGERS! I coat my hair with this conditioner, gently massage/rake it through and then (with my fingers) search for tangles, trapped shed hair, etc. These oils really work in softening my hair and making it easier to manage!

I started to give this condish a 3-curl rating, but had to up it to 4 because of the excellent ingredients and reasonable price (for such a good ingredient list). I really want to give it 4.5 curls. Good consistency and I found it very helpful for detangling. Ultra-smooth is definitely what my hair was after using it - very soft and hardly any frizz at all. I didn't care for the fragrance and that's what knocks it down a half-curl. Ultimately, I'd be willing to buy it again, though.

Ok- this product works well (maybe 4 stars) for my hair when I use heat, and mix it with another conditioner to give me some extra slip. Without heat, it just sat on my hair, stinkin' up the place. Seriously, this stuff smells VERY medicinal and to me, offputting. And don't expect it to fade away, either. I washed my hair 3 days ago and I can still smell it. I only gave it 3 curls because it leaves a greasy film on my hair after I rinse it out... and I will never get over that scent!

This is my go-to conditioner either when my hair is very dry or when the proteins in other products are getting to me and I take a protein break for a couple of days. It does require some extra rinsing to eliminate the coating some people have mentioned (I follow my regular rinsing with a cold water rinse and that seems to take care of it). The smell is not as strong as other Aubrey's products and does go away if you rinse well. I always have a bottle of this stuff on hand to alternate with other products!

I have a love-hate relationship with this conditioner. The first time I used it, it didn't want to rinse out all the way and my hair felt like it had an oil slick on it (so did my hands!) - and it smelled awful to boot. Interestingly, the next day my hair felt and looked great. Regardless, this went to the back of the pile for a while. I went back to this several months later for a second attempt, and after using much less product and leaving it on for a much shorter period of time (<5mins), it actually worked like a dream. Lesson learned: if your hair doesn't like oils, you need to be very careful with this conditioner. As with all AO products, the scent is an acquired taste (er, smell).

Love this conditioner for my 4A hair!! Instead of using as my co-was I do this instead. I co-wash with Herbal Essense or Bath and Body Works Moisturizing conditioner then add the Aubrey Organics and let it sit for a few minutes then wash it out. My hair is soft and fabulous. I am not a fan of the smell but it is not overpowering as does go away.

Love this conditioner! It's too heavy to use on my scalp or for co-washing, but it leaves the length of my hair super smooth and soft - especially if I leave it on for at least 5 minutes while completing other shower duties. I've been using it for several months now and almost never need styling products anymore, as my curls now stay defined on their own.

The only reason this didn't get a 1 curl rating is because it didn't adversely affect my hair. But it was totally useless, my hair felt the same when I rinsed it out as it had before applying it. Feels slightly producty/greasy as a leave-in, useless as a rinse-out or DT. I was very happy to finally empty the bottle.

This gives me a great slip and makes a nice summer conditioner for me when the Honeysuckle Rose gets a bit heavy in the warm weather. I don't get so much of the coating that others have noticed, but my hair is fairly coarse, which may help. I like that I can find this locally. It moisturizes well for me and is protein free as far as I can tell. It is geared towards the dry haired curly/wavy. The smell is a bit herbal/medicinal. It wasn't my favorite, but the results make up for it.

I liked this a smidge more than the Rosa Mosqueta, but it still gave me a lot of frizz and dryness. I had the same problem with both this and the Rosa Mosqueta when I cleaned the sample bottles--nearly impossible to clean with scalding water and soap.
