The only reason I am giving this product one star is because of the fragrance. It is awful. I am a type 4a with a 2 inch twa The first time I used it was for my wash an go, it left residue in my hair. So, I tried it on a twist out. Omg what a frizzy and dry mess. I am sorry I wasted my money and you don't get to use the coupons for wen products. Ughhh!!!

Possibly the worst styling creme I've ever used. Made my fine hair pouf, tons of frizz. It has tons of cones, maybe that's the problem. I love the Wen Conditioning Cleanser and the Texture Balm, but I threw this out.

Okay, I really didn't like this at all. I received a 6 ounce bottle of this stuff as a "free gift" with my very first Wen purchase. I still think I should be reimbursed, even though I didn't pay a dime for it. First of all there's too high a concentration of cones for my taste, and secondly, it totally dried my hair. It should be nominated for an award, however, because I've yet to find another product that leaves my hair dry AND sticky at the same time like this one does. The holding properties of this cream seem nonexistent. Me and my 3C hair were not amused.

This styling cream was part of the set I bought on QVC. I used it following the Lavender Cleansing Cream. I loved the soft, loose curls I had in my 3b hair but like others, I was having trouble with puffiness and frizz by the end of the day. Not ready to give up on Wen, I tried again using just the cleansing cream and my usual Curl Keeper. Waaaay better. Lose the styling cream unless you need the fullness and volume.

I have used this product and I still use it. The problem was I ordered it through a "paid programming" ad and the representing company had Auto-Billing. That meant that every month, after the first month's "great deal", I was sent more product and more was charged to my card. I wasn't even finished with my first 30 day supply yet and I had been sent a 60 day supply, then another. I had so much product I couldn't keep up, plus the credit card kept getting billed. I had to cancel. As for the gals that say that this product wasn't strong enough for the 3b hair or on the flip side those that said it left their hair weighted down, the product line is actually quite extensive and offers different "cleansing conditioners" for different types of hair. Although I had to cancel for now, actually it was about 4 months ago now and I still have product, I will buy again and I can't wait to try some of the other cleansers. Fig Cleansing Conditioner is supposed to be the best for really coarse and African American Hair. Of course I don't know this from experience myself just what I have read and been told by others.

This is a good product for me, I do not like crunchy hold. It gave me shiney curls but was a little weighty. The tough part is figuring out the right amount to add.

I love this and find it gives me the perfect amount of hold and definition without making my hair crunchy or stiff. I will definitely keep this on hand.

Just like the Wen conditioner, made my hair soft and touchable, but frizzier than ever.

It didn't smell as bad as the other Wen products I tried, but it did nothing for my curls. made them feel waxy and frizzy--which is amazing, but not in a good way.

This stuff smelt invigarating but did nothing for my waves or curls--no definition, no curl enhancement or boosting--and actually seemed to encourage frizz instead.

This didn't have quite enough hold for me. Nice curls but I definitely had to use a pomade on top. It worked well w/ the Wen's Sweet Almond Mint Texture Balm.

An adequate styling cream, but not strong enough for my 3b hair. My hair got puffy toward the end of the day.
