The whole Refresh line from Trader Joe's is awesome. I use the shampoo too, its CG, with no cones or sulfates. You can't beat the price, $1.99 a bottle for both shampoo and conditioner. There is a body scrub and a lotion too that is very moisturizing and cheap and the whole line smells great.
My curls are always nicely formed and hydrated after using this, and I have coarse, dry 3B hair.

I really like this co. It is even protein free which is why I bought it initially. It is a great scalp cleanser, it's thick and rich and had a yummy orange/citrus smell. It doesn't have really good slip alone but mixed with a little water it works acceptably. I mainly use this just for co-washing only when I need a little extra cleaning oomph when I need it. The only reason for the 3 curl rating is because of the lack of slip, otherwise price, availability, scent are awesome!
