I was optimistic this would be a good replacement for my beloved, discontinued Regis Smoothing Conditioner. Alas, I used on a conditioner-only day, and it was nowhere near enough moisture (despite its marketing) and left my waves full of spider weby frizz that turned to dry fluff later in the day. Almost worth 2 curls rating because the curls held on thru mid-afternoon, but just too little moisture to warrent 2 curls.
