Not as moisturising as it ought to be, but not the worst thing I've ever used, either. I noticed a bit more frizz with this than with other conditioners, but that might be my fault (I used it early on as a CG). Overall not bad, and if you can find it on sale (a local salon had them for £2 a bottle for a while) and know it works mediocre-ly to okayish for you, then it's worth a purchase as emergency backup (particularly in the UK, where CG conditioners can be expensive and few and far between!).
