Liquid Texture Soft Hold was designed for scrunching the hair and for perfect moisture balance, which allows the curl to stay all day with no product feel. Liquid Texture Soft Hold also can be used with hot tools because of its thermal guards, color enhancers, and its moisture resistance. Heat can be applied to the hair when it contains wet or dry product, and the more heat applied, the shiner the hair becomes.

"No Hold" Liquid Texture would be more accurate. Just made my hair dry and fluffy.
