This product worked pretty good! made my curls pop for my kinky/curly look.

I love this product! great for detangling and during stream treatments. my hair soaks up all of it. a little goes a long way too! just too expensive.

It really does moisturize and strengthens your hair. A little "glob" goes a long way. The price is what gets to me, so I would only get this on a BOGO free.

I used this when I was transitioning to help my incredibly damaged relaxed ends, but my curly hair was the one thanking me! This stuff made my hair softer than ever! I can't sing its praises enough. The only complaint I have with this product, and with all of Miss Jessie's products, is how inorganic the ingredients are.

This is a very good deep conditioner and leaves my hair pretty soft. It is very expensive though. And the smell...might not be for sensitive sniffers.

I liked this DC it made my hair soft and it's a good moisturizer. it goes on like butter and has a lot of slip. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it's really expensive. I've used other DC that were just as good that are cheaper , and the smell, it smells like plastic barbie doll hair. lol

I did not like this product at all. I am a loyal Miss Jessie's user and was very disappointed that this product caused so much shrinkage. My hair was moisturized but it looked so shrunken and tight. My curls went from my natural 3b/3c to 4b and then wouldn't wash out so I could redo my hair. I had to wear my shurnken do for a week. Don't get me wrong sistah's, 4b hair is beautiful, but not on me. The only reason I gave this product 2 curls is because it moisturized my hair which is not uncommon for me when I use Miss Jessie's products.

I am actually in love with almost all miss jessie's products, this mask is just perfect, after using it I have big, shiny and bouncy culrs! I bought it recently and used so far 3 times (once a week) but each time the result was great, although I put it on hair right after using Creme de la Curl and not using Creme de la Creme before as miss jessie's suggests.

For a person with heat damaged hair, I will say that this stuff made my hair feel SUPER soft and instantly started repairing my curls! Which equals MOISTURE for my curls! Yay! The price hurt my pockets tho =(

Very pricey, I just tried it the other day. Smells like a new baby doll out the package. So far so good.

I love love love this deep conditioner. It melts into my hair like butter and leaves my hair so soft and detangled. The bigger jar of this is definately worth the money and if used once a week it will take you a long way. I personally don't have an issue with the smell of this product, in fact I like it because it has a "clean" smell to it. But if you have a sensitive nose try the small jar and go from there.

Best deep conditioner by far! It is great for thick hair and makes my hair feel so much smoother after use. Mine jar has lasted a long time.

Years ago my grandmother used something on my hair that smells JUST like this...I've been racking my brain to figure it out. Nonetheless, Miss Jessie's Rapid Recovery Treatment is the GO TO product for dry, brittle and unruly curls. My 4a curls ADORE this product. I apply to the edges and work my way down the hair shaft smoothing small sections until I cover all my hair. I actually have nearly used up my jar and want to buy more but its quite expensive for the average salary worker. I won't take away points in rating it for the cost though it may be cost prohibitive for many, but its the BEST for conditioning and defrizzing kinky and curly hair like mine.

I can't give this a 5 due to the smell (of all the Miss Jessie's cleanser/conditioners I've tried). It did an amazing hydrating job, though. I must say, though I have found others just as effective, water-based, and less expensive.

This weekly conditioner is wonderful. I'm not damaging my hair during the week but after I use this my curls come back to life and are much more springy. It truly does what it says it will do and a 'must' for healthy curls.

i think this is a fantastic treatment, left my hair very soft! the only thing is the price hence taking of a star. its expensive people!

Simply love this deep treatment. Keeps my hair soft, and hydrated after the shower. I would recomend this to anyone with dry/ damaged hair.

This is a very good treatment. I use it 2x a month. Gives me very soft, bouncy curls. My only problem is the horrible smell that last days after use. It smells like dog shampoo

I love this stuff and use it about 2x a month. I can really feel the difference the moment I run it through to my ends...I love it. I, too, can only justify this purchase when they have their 2 for 1 sales!

Love this conditioner. Left my 4a hair very very soft. I purchased several jars during their buy one get one sale. That was the only way that I could afford it. The normal size jar is about $60 (I think).

It definitely softened my hair but did it have to be at the expense of increased shedding? I DT with this and NEVER AGAIN, not only did I loose more hair then normal but it didn't do the other main thing I expect from a DT, helping curls form. It just softened.

I just used the rapid recovery yesterday,And just let me say I think this is one the best conditioners ever it makes your hair soft to the touch and it does provide alot of moisture.I love how this stuff makes my hair feels after use. As far as the smell of insect spray, when you first open you might almost think that you smell a scent of bug spray I totally disagree. It has a smell of a brand new plastic doll. Overall I think this is a great product and when it runs out I will be purchasing again.THIS IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER.

So where do I begin? I went to my local hair shop (Shades of Afrika) in Long Beach, CA and bought the 2oz sample jar of this because the shop owner (who has beautiful curls by the way, probably a 2b/3a) told me it would work better for my hair type (3c) than mixed chicks deep conditioner. All I can say is OMG!!!!!!! I never before could see myself spending $48 on a 12oz jar of anything, but now I'm going to have to. The rapid recovery worked so so well in my hair, it's unreal. The second I put it in my hair, it completely melted away all the kinky coarseness that my hair can sometimes get. I'm talking about instant slippage (is that even a word? lol)! I could run my fingers all the way through my hair without it getting caught and stuck along the way. Oh and for all you scent-conscious ladies and gents, the scent of RR is kind of sweet and somewhat strong. I think it might come from the shea butter. It's not a horrible, gag-worthy scent, but it does linger for a while. All in all though, very pricey but absolutely amazing!

Have not used the product on my hair but my father's very dry, straight, coarse, drandruff prone hair responded well to it. He uses it weekly and his hair is much softer and no dandruff.
