    Excellent conditioner. I have been using it after using the Hair Rules daily cleanser and I follow it with some kind of leave-in conditioner and defining cream and/or gel. Pleasant smell, very creamy, conditions well. I am withholding one star because of the price.

    Hair Rules Quenching Ultra Rich Conditioner is by far the best conditioner that I have ever used! I have tried many products including organic, all-natural and so forth but this really helps to keep dryness and split ends at bay. After using this, my hair feels unbelievably soft and smooth and thus product does NOT cause build-up. However, don't expect to co-wash with this conditioner and use nothing else in your hair afterward and then expect it to magically stay touchable and soft. Get real! You have to use a good leave-in, moisturizer and light natural oil to set in the moisture in your hair.

    Worked well for my waves, used it with the no suds daily cleansing and noursement leave-in conditioner. as a trio, they worked really well on my waves.

    Great slip. I used in conjunction with a hair rules shampoo and leav-in conditioner and had good results: soft shiny hair, nice big waves.

    I tried the sample & the scent was quite lovely. This gave instant slip & detanlging. It was a very nice consistency, not too thin & not too thick. It was great at moisturizing. I didn't feel the need for a leave-in conditioner after rinsing.

    It has a nice scent and it felt thick and rich; however, my hair didn't feel or look great after drying. My hair felt flat and heavy and--amazingly--kind of dry. It seems this conditioner didn't soak in like it should have. Not good for wavy hair. Maybe it works better for coarser, kinkier hair types.

    I got two sample packs of this with a Curlmart orer, which was enough for about 4 uses for me. This is very thick and rich feeling, and it smells nice. It seemed more to sit on top of my hair as opposed to the sinking in feeling I get with other rich conditioners. It does buildup, so you may need a good shampoo if you'd like to use it. It wasn't super moisturizing for me, it mostly just sat there as a coating.
