This has a lemony scent. I style my hair in four quadrants, and applied the pudding to each before parting into smaller sections to twist. This also aids in detangling and you can spritz a little water on top if your hair starts drying before styling. You don't need much and this is also light but made my hair feel feather soft. I would probably need a heavier hold gel on top of this if I wanted to wear my hair loose and it wasn't enough to smooth out the frizz on its own.

Didn't define my curls at all. Its great because its natural and doesn't leave a sticky feel.

Too much of this left my curls lacking texture. However, a small amount (penny size) helped keep my final hairdo smooth & silky. May not be the best for Type 2 but 3's & 4's will love the pudding texture because it is not sticky or greasy.
