This smells like strong petroleum jelly and left a residue on my hair that I can't get out! It's been a week, I've tried shampoo, baking soda, apple cider vinagar. It's a filmy residue that is sticky when I try to condition. It's the worst thing I've ever put in my hair. I used a tiny bit and followed the directions. I returned it.

I like this product. I use a dot to break the curl cast and scrunch out the crunch after air drying my wash and go. "A little bit goes a long way", I like the way it feels and the smell is very sweet, I like it, but I am one who likes my hair to smell sweet and pretty, may be too much for some.

I love love this product. It smells so good! i use this for when i do my bantu knots. The next day my hair was shiny an smelled good. i would definitely buy this product again.

This is the only descent product from CD I have tried. I get shine and soft hair, the only draw back is the scent. I found it a little too strong but over time it seems to become not as sharp. Don't use too much or you will be greasy until wash day.

I like this product for shine. I use it after blow drying my hair. It leaves my hair with a nourished appearance.

I use this for twist outs. A little goes a long way here. So you should get an amount half the size of a dime and use that for a whole section. The smell is great and it really shines.

I used this for my niece and only after 1wk i could see an immediate difference in her hair. It was shiny and healthy looking, as for me I like the smell.

I love the softness it gives my hair. I used it for twist out purposes. Hair was kind of greasy, but I did not mind.

This was OK. Not so much when i do my everyday wet then air dry hair style. Great for when I flat iron or do a two strand twist. It kind of weigh my hair down and too greasy when i wear my natural look.

I like it! I thought it was going to sit on top of the hair because of the beeswax... but it absorbs into the hair quickly and makes it really shinny!

It's perfect for twist outs, coil outs, and wash-n-go styles. I don't have to use much of it to give me a soft, moisturized hold. Most especially, it doesn't flake, doesn't leave my hair greasy, and it has the nicest scent.

I use this product to scrunch out the crunch after styling my hair.A little bit goes a long way! It has a pleasant smell unlike the other Carol's Daughter products. (I think most of the products smell like lemon pledge. eww) Considering this product is just a blend of oils I feel its over priced. Overall, its a decent product but nothing special.

I use this product for twist-outs after I blow dry and as a sealant. The smell is absolutely amazing and it has a nice thick consistency. It does contain beeswax, (I am not a fan) however, I have not experienced build-up and it is low in the ingredients list. It can be very greasy if too much is used, so less is more and it does not have a lot of hold. I recommend this product for people who want a lot of shine for their twists and puffs.

This product reminds me of an old-fashioned grease, but it's much lighter. The smell is nice, definitely not overpowering. I used it as a finishing touch to add a nice shine to our hair. I love it on my son's hair too.

I bought this after I tried a number of other products. My only gripe about this product is that your hair can be too greasy if you apply too much product. I didn't notice any real softness by my hair was more manageable. The ingredients are quality,but the price is a bit fierce. I might revisit this again.

Not sure what my fellow 4a's are talking about but the one thing we can all agree on is the smell...I love it! I used it on my 2 strand twists & I will say it is a little greasy. Every time I touch my hair, the my hands are oily but I love how soft my hair is..which is why I can't keep my hands out of it. I can't really say it gives much shine but it does do well when taming frizz.

Not a fan!!! Despite its claims, this product does not add shine or control frizz. The best thing about it is the smell.

This is a nice styler when used in moderation; great for twist/braidouts and smoothing sides/edges for puffs. I like the results more when used on wet hair, again, a little goes a long way; overdoing it will cause greasy hair! It produces the most amazing shine and decent definition on the twist/braidouts, but w/ very little hold. Curlies who love the soft touchable hair may like this product, but not those who prefer stronger hold. Depending on the batch the scent can range from fruity to a faint "waxy" smell; it diminishes though. I use this on my 3c/4a hair and my daughter's 4b/4c.

Nothing special about this product. It works great on my flat ironed hair. It can be greasy if you use too much but I have no problem with it. I am giving it 4 stars because it is a good product for straight hair

This product does a lot of good and bad. It's great for styling - I put it in when I do pig tails (bush balls?) and it takes care of the fly-aways. It also defines curls nicely. HOWEVER, it also makes the hair stiff and crunchy. Prob. the beeswax in it. Love the smell though! Would I buy it again? Probably not, but I haven't found a replacement yet.

I wanted to like this product, but I hate it. It is greasy and it stinks. It does ABSOLUTELY nothing for my curls. Money wasted.
