This is a light scalp and hair treatment. I used it for some moisture when I didn't want to put any water based product on my hair. The light weight of the product makes you want to add a lot more, but don't do that. You will end up leaving "grease" everywhere. Use in moderation on your hair and apply it well on your scalp to condition it especially after you have washed it with a moisture stripping shampoo.
