Great definition!, but not enough moisture for my hair. I also was not crazy about the scent. I use it with another lighter moisturizer under it. While my favorite Afroveda Butter is th eTotally Twisted, this one is my second choice from them for twist outs. It is also one that I can use successfully to retwist, when I have already twisted with a more moisturizing product. Just have to get used to the coco scent.

Love this!! Smells like chocolate, gives my hair shine, curl definition and soft hold. I used it under the PUR Whipped Gelly with great results.

This is one of the few products I expected to love and did not find worked for me. No matter how much I used it left my hair very dull and producty. I tried it on my son's wavy thick and fine to medium hair and it made his hair the same way. I tried it on my daughters medium to coarse multi textured hair and it was also a no go. I love the smell and so do my kids so it was a real bummer that it did not work out for us.

I got the sample set from the afroveda site which provided me with curly pudding, shea amla, cocolatte & totally twisted ginger. So far ive only tried the cocolatte and I must say IT IS HEAVENLY!!! The smell reminds of some sort dark cocoa which comforts me and not only does it smell good but it's EXTREMELY moisturizing! Definitely a KEEPER!!!!!

This is my love.. it keeps my hair moisture all day long.. i have fine normal curly transforming to wavey.. beleive it or not!! my hair looked like its been flat iron or something.. it just keep my hair texture nice looking and also amazing.. i am loving it.. However, little goes along the way.. you don't need that much.. my hair is getting healthier and almost thicker because i am using this.. and i am so in love w/ it..

Love IT!!! This is da bomb!! Super moisturizing and great to use on dripping wet hair or sparingly in dry hair. This product smells heavenly too! Its a fave and I'm excited try it out in the cooler temps as we head into fall/winter. I did use it in the summer and found it to work great at the higher humidity and cooler, definitely a HG!
