Similar to the Shea Amla Whipped Butter Cream, I found this product to be highly moisturizing. I little heavier than I would prefer, when used in moderation it provides a nice texture to my hair when I twist it. I have also used this for my puff and it kept my hair looking healthy. After having this product in my hair for almost a week, I didn't need to add more moisture aside from a little refreshment from some Greg's Juice. AfroVeda is alright with me.

I'm giving this 3 curls as it did work somewhat for my daughter. It didn't give her enough moisture though without feeling oily. It emulsified into straight oil in my hand unlike the Curly Custard which stayed creamy and went into the hair smoothly. The smell on this reminded me of home perms I got as a kid and I just could not get past it especially since it didn't work all that great. Maybe good for type 4 hair or for hair that can handle a lot of oils.
