Very Moisturizing curl enhancer. I use this after I've washed and conditioned. I then put my leave-in and gel over that to great results. I even got a compliment. It does take longer for my hair to dry...5 hours instead of 3 but since it is winter I need all the moisture I can get.

I think this stuff would be awesome, if it wasn't for my hair's senitivity to aloe. I get great curls, but too much frizz.

I love this product! I'm a fan of KCCC but this gel gives my waves a more natural wave pattern. I ordered the full size bottle after using my sample several times with great results. Like the others, i use a gel over but forgot to use a LI and it worked great. Works just as great w/ a LI

This is an amazing product. I agree with the other reviewers, this product has no hold on its own, but I use it like I would a curl enhancer. Curl cremes are too heavy for my fine/thin wavy hair. However, this product gives great volume and frizz control when used over a leave-in and under a gel for hold. A must have for fine/thin haired girls. Has a nice lavender smell.

I got my sample, and I must say, this is really nice stuff. I used it with my Giovanni Direct Leave-in and it reduced the frizz significantly. It also worked really well on giving my second day hair good curl definition. I would definitely consider buying the full-sized bottle.

I really like this. I do need a hard holding gel over it but it does provide curl enhancement. I am post-henna and it is working beatifully on my hair at this point (it is practically all that is working right now!). My hair is soft and has quite a bit of volume. The curls are uniform. I am not using leave in--just regular routine and then DOC and a hard hold gel over it. Love it!

I would have given it five curls--it does work well. However, it's the same as using AOMM or organic aloe gel.

Love this product. I use it the same way I would a curl cream though. I apply it after a leave-in. After plopping with a Curlease towel, I scrunch in some gel, clip and diffuse. I got TONS of curls, lots of definition and volume!! Despite the rainy, windy weather all day my hair held up. Highly recommend, but a word of caution. If you need hold, I wouldn't depend on this product. I think it needs a little help :)
