I haven't used CJ conditioners for a while and was anxious to get back to them. This one disappointed me big time. It's watery thin, making it difficult to get from bottle to your hand to your head without spilling down the drain. I prefer a conditioner that is much thicker. It didn't feel like it conditioned my hair either.
This is a pretty good daily conditioner, but for the price I will not repurchase and that's why it gets 4 curls. The smell is divine and the slip is okay.
I love this stuff. Makes my hair silky and easy to manage just out of the shower. I love the milky, creamy scent too. The only reason I gave it 4 curls instead of 5 is because it's too watery, so I went through it too quickly. With my long hair, that'll get expensive real quick.
I think this is a great rinse conditioner. My hair just melts whenever I use it. So far I've only used it after I was with the Curl Junkie daily cleansing conditioner and the results have been great.I adore the smell of this product and to me, it smells like a nice fruit smoothie. It's not too overpowering and it doesn't have you guessing what the scent is. Definately will buy this conditioner again.
I love this conditioner as a rinse out for my very fine 3b/c hair. Moisturizes and detangles effortlessly. Curl Junkie definitely lives up to the hype.
It smells great- the scent isn't too strong (once it washes out, you can't really smell it anymore). It's a nice, thick conditioner, that distributes easily. The slip is wonderful! My only complaint (and the reason it's getting 4 curls) is that it's very heavy for my fine, 3A curls and makes my hair a little on the limp side. I'll be buying the brand-new, lighter conditioner as soon as I can.
This is a great conditioner for my hair. It really keeps it looking moisturized all day and that isn't easy with my blond, thin frizzy hair. I love using it with my Daily Fix Cleansing Conditioner. I think I am a real Curl Junkie. I love all the products that I have tried in this line. I think I will try Curls in a Bottle.
If you have fine hair and hate having your hair WEIGHED down, TRY THIS...it's light enough for my fine, thinning hair, and yet moisturizing enough for my DRY, porous hair. :D I'm not a fan of strawberry ice-cream scent (you may love that kind of smell, though), so that's the only thing I dislike. The thing works! Lots of slip (I love slip!), no silicones (for the CG crown), can be used to cowash (I don't, but you can), and lets my fine curls lift and have volume (yay). If you fear the glycerin (I hate glycerin generally), it's okay in this. Attracts moisture IN THE SHOWER, but rinses out so that you're not dealing with the moisture-attracting properties in humid weather outdoors after you've styled. Works fine for my glycerin-hating hair. Better than the CA Daily this supplants (and I've used that one in the blue bottle with much good result). Now, if only the scent could be, say...white musk? Iris? White Tea? heh. THUMBS UP!!! :D
This is one of my favs. I use it on a regular basis. Leaves hair smooth and soft, not overly conditioned. Part of my HG.
I adore this conditioner, I really do. It detangles instantly, and gives pretty good moisture. It is a light-weight conditioner, though, so it's not as good as it could be for me in the winter. As the days have been warming up, it's gotten better and better, and I bet it'll be my go-to in the summer. It also works great as a leave-in. My only real gripe is the price - if I really used this daily, I'd go through a bottle a week, and that wouldn't be sustainable financially.
