One of my absolute favorites. I keep buying this one again and again. I am a fan of all Curl Junkie products, but this is my top one. The tropical fragrance of this is fantastic, it lingers a little but isn't overpowering. This manages to be rich and very moisturizing but without weighing down my fine hair. I notice better clumping and less frizz when I use this conditioner.

Smells delicious. Used as a regular conditioner. I found putting a layer on and then letting the shower spray my hair a little helped to increase slip for detangling. It does create a lot of curl. However, I did not find this moisturizing and it left my hair frizzy. I had much better results with the smoothing leave-in product.

The first couple of times I used this I really didnt like it. It gave me no slip and zero detangling. then one day deciding what conditioner to use I said to myself that it works for everyone else whats going on. Then I thought about it, maybe it needed to be shakin up really well. BINGO! It worked like a dream after that. Smooth and silky and super detangling. I cant believe I didnt think of it sooner. I'm thinking about trying it a as a leave in. It feels really good in the hair while conditioning with no white residue.

If it was under $10 I would have given it five stars... I use it for my cowashes as well as a detangler... It gives a good amount of slip.. Something I may consider purchasing again...

I love this conditioner!! I use it mainly as a rinse-out. Have also used it for deep treatment and leave-in. Nice scent. HG product for me. Love it. My hair: 2b, low-porosity, medium, medium, protein finicky.

First time using this product and CJ . I like this product a lot mostly because the ingredients are great. It does have a lot of slip but not extremly moisturizing nut more then KKKT. I would probably buy again because of its ingredients. I feel CJ is one of the best lines and not just for curly hair its great stuff and you know exactly what you are putting in your hair.

My hair is low porosity, type 4a and I was having a really difficult time finding a product that would give lasting moisture, and curl definition. When I found the Curl Junkie product line, my search was over! I love the Smoothing Conditioner. I use it on my dry hair daily, and braid or twist it at night for braid/out or twist/out styles the next day and it always turns out great. I will no longer be a product junkie. I'm now a Curl Junkie junkie - lol.

I love the smell of this! After using this with my sulfate free shampoo my curls were more defined and so soft. In addition, my hair smells divine. I would definitely recommend this as a daily conditioner. Usually washing my hair twice a week, occasionally 3 times depending on how hot it is after all it is July in Jersey and it's pretty gross out. I leave some in my hair and it works wonderfully. My hair is nice and moisturized. I have no problem spending the money for my hair to keep it healthy and smelling great.

I've generally had great experiences with Curl Junkie products, and this is no exception. This is a really nice conditioner, which is just a bit more moisturizing than my normal daily conditioner (DevaCurl One Condition), so I'll use it if my hair is feeling a bit dry but I don't feel like using a deep conditioner. I also like it after the Curl Fix protein treatment. This is definitely something I'll be keeping around!

AWESOME SLIP, MOISTURE, AND SMELL! It has great slip so it's very easy to detangle with. After you rinse it out it leaves your hair uber soft! I've used it after Daily Fix twice and my hair was very soft. Like butta! ^.~ I usually don't experience this with a rinse out. It's a nice scent! It smells fruity or flowery. Although it's 18 dollars, this product is totally worth it (it's also easy to get it on sale from Curl Mart for about $16). I usually use Trader Joe's Nourish Condish to detangle but since this has no parabens I'm think about using this when I go away to grad school (there's no Trader Joe's in upstate NY). There's also not much glycerin so you can probably get away using it in the winter months. Great product, and by far it's my fav CJ rinse out condish!

This is a good solid conditioner that is very moisturizing and smells soooo good. It can be used as a leave in or rinse out but I prefer it as a leave in. My only qualm is that it does not provide enough slip to detangle my hair but I still really enjoy it.

Excellent moisturizer, removed all the frizz and defined my curls really well, but unfortunately it weighted down my very fine hair. The next day, my hair was already greasy, so I do not think I will use it anymore except maybe as a deep conditioner

This condish turned my hair into like some sort of silk/cream. I mean, the denman just glided through. A feat only some can accomplish. I won't list them, b/c I want to say "LET"S HEAR IT FOR THE Curl Assurance Smoothing Conditioner"! I will be the cheerleader.

Makes a fabulous leave-in for any season!

Great conditioner, helps detangle well, the only downside is the size. It needs to come in a larger size, since curly-haired people tend to use conditioner often, it's silly not to have a larger size option. @curly206

This is, without exception, the best conditioner I have ever used. I only wish that it came in a bigger bottle.

I love this conditioner. It is light but very moisturizing, leaves no frizz, leaves no hard and not moving and can be used as a leave in or to co wash. He's a joker

This worked great on my hair. It tamed my frizz and also moisturized my hair making it feel soft, smells great too!

Works very well for me. I think it's meant for coarser hair, but mine is fine and it works great. Really is smoothing.

My hair hated this. Left me feeling greasy, like it was sitting on the hair shaft and not penetrating it at all. Didn't help control frizz; it made my hair MORE frizz, less defined, more flyaway. My hair couldn't clump at all. The worst conditioner/LI I have ever wasted money on, I couldn't be more disappointed.

I have very fine, low porosity curls and I did not like this conditioner at all. I made my hair very flat, limp and dry. It doesn't have very good slip either. I think it's too heavy for my hair properties and might be better suited for someone with thick and porous hair.

Don't like it, its just ok not as good a Jessicule too shea for my 3c

Hands down the best conditioner I've ever used. I used this conditioner after cowashing with the Curl Junkie Daily Fix cleansing conditioner and I could feel my curls getting a heave dose of moisture. My hair was so soft and the amount of slip this product offers is excellent. It smells wonderful and a little bit went a long way. All I do is touch my curls after I use this product. Definately will be buying this product in the future because it is a permanent staple in my regimen.

Far and away the best conditioner I have ever used. Nothing leaves my hair more moisturized, shiny, and healthy-looking than this. Definitely a staple product for me.

4a Hair. This was a great daily rinse out conditioner. I was surprised as how moisturizing it was and the slip was excellent. Us girls with 3c/4a/4b curl pattern, this conditioner is great. I even left it in a while and it left my hair so soft and moisturized.

I have used this conditioner as a co wash, a rinse out and a leave in and it works beautifully. This is my favorite Curl Junkie product so far.

It's the best conditioner I have used. My hair has no frizz either curled or straighten, great shine and smells deliciously. Also you don't need a lot of it and you can tell the difference right away. LOVE IT!

This is the BOMB! My canopy is fairly coarse and feels like straw. This conditioner left my hair actually soft and silky after one use. My new HG conditioner.

This conditioner smells amazing (like pina coladas) and has great slip. I do wish it were a little heavier though.

Bought a sample of this from Kathy Mack and I just placed an order for the full size at Avenue You. I really like this for my 2b hair. It really does smooth- so well that when I do a straight blow out, there was hardly any frizz. That is next to impossible for me. When I wore my hair curly after using this then KCCC, my curls were smooth and well formed. Highly recommend!

I love this conditioner. It detangles, pumps up the moisture, and smells great. You also don't need very much at all for it to work, which makes it worth the money. I also like it as a heavy-duty leave-in. I find the results for me are similar to that of AOHR (but with added detangling).

So far, this is my favourite CJ conditioner. It smells wonderful - very natural and mild smelling. It is a mild fruity fragrance. It has great slip and melted all my knots (even at the nape of my neck) easily. Highly recommend. Will definitely repurchase.

This conditioner is the best I have ever used! Smoothes, moisturizes and is just fantastic. When I used it I had that feeling of complete joy, a lot like putting on the perfect new pair of shoes. Love this new conditioner!
