I love this deep treatment it makes my hair so soft and and looking great. I leave it on for a couple of hours and I do use heat to make sure it really absorbs if you are going to pay this price for a conditioner 7 mins isn't enough I say let it really get into your hair. It smells good and I got it on sale at target at a 2 for one price for 27 dollars which was a lot better than buying it here in Toronto for 30 dollars per jar.

I have thick, coarse hair. It's really rough, feels like wire. First time I used ti I left it for 7 minutes, and I haven't felt any difference. Next time I used it I left in under shower cup and wraped in towel for 1h. The results were amazing, my hair felt so soft like i had fine hair naturally, it was shiny and well moisturized. I can say only best about this hair mask. (I use sulfate free shampoo so I'm not worried about silicones) ;)

most definitely a staple product for me. i have very thick hair that is finally growing shiny and manageable. im throwing out all of my masques after this !

I was walking through Ulta looking for Biosilk and ran into this product. I bought the $4 trial packet and plan on buying the $28 jar. The smell is INCREDIBLE! I have a 3b/3c mix and the bounce, softness and moisture I got from this deep condish was AMAZING for it.

I'm not a big fan of this. My hair drank it up (I used half the jar) but I was not impressed with the results given the price. My hair felt like it always does after i've used a cheeper deep conditioner. I was expecting more for that price. Its not worth the money.

I have a mix between 4b and 4C hair. At first, I was skeptical of using this product because I have not heard many women with kinky using this product. However, I decided to buy it anyway just to try the product. After nearly two months, I have seen a difference in my hair. My hair is much more manageable, softer, and shinier. Although the directions say to leave the conditioner for 5-8 minutes (no heat required), I choose to put it in my hair for at least 30 minutes with a plastic cap on for extra moisture. All in all, I definitely recommend this product.

Meh. Maybe I'm expecting too much from a deep conditioner. It smells pretty good and makes my hair soft, but I'm just not turning cartwheels over this one. Good, but not worth the price or the cones for me.
