So I bought this today cus it was on sale and needed a different shampoo. If you like the sweet candy like smell, then you'll love this. I'm not a huge fan of really sweet smells but this one is really nice, plus it stays in your hair long enough that you feel clean but not strong enough that you feel like live cotton candy. I usually use non-sulfate shampoo but since someone told me that this one was worth the try , I figured it'd be ok. So I've decided I'll just alternate and shampoo less.(or at least go co-clean). Anywayssss, this shampoo was surprisingly soft. I'm not talking conditioner soft but for a sulfate shampoo it was soft. I would still go ahead and puts lots of conditioner if you have dry hair like mine. My hair has virtually no frizz at the moment and the curls are drying nice &bouncy. It's only been my first time but Im relatively impressed with this one. Hopefully it s not a one time thing :) I do recommend you give this a try (although I've heard that the conditioner is not as moisturizing as it claims so maybe try this with a different conditioner ) Hope this helps

a surprisingly low-sudsing (a good thing in my eyes) poo. after the first use, my hair seemed clean but not over-dry so the poo appeared gentle. however, the next time I used it (and next time) several days later (I'm a every-few-days poo-er), my hair felt more roughed up.

Kind of a basic shampoo.
