This is a good follow-up conditioner to the Aubrey Organics Swimmer's shampoo for active lifestyles. I can detangle my hair about 80% and then use my kinky curly knot today. There is barely any "slip" for my hair.

This was terrible as an after-swimming conditioner or for any other time. It made my fine, silky hair feel rough, tangly and it smelled awful.

This is what I expected and wanted Honey Suckle Rose to be. This is as great as GPB. Made my hair feel smooth, moisturized, soft and strong, and was very easy to detangle with (easier than HSR).
