By eliminating commonly used sulfates, which can cause skin irritation and color fading, Terax have designed a cleansing system free of harsh chemicals and artificial colors. Imported from Germany, Terax exclusive system features plant and sugar derived surfactants and emulsifiers, as well as conditioners designed to be gentle on the hair. All shampoos contain Sunflower Seed extract, which helps to preserve color. Carefully selected botanical extracts compliment each type of shampoo.Formulated for deep cleansing of residue from hard water, minerals, smoke, and styling products. Latte cleans and protects with Silk protein for softness; Milk protein for strengthening; Wheat protein for moisture.

I absolutely love this shampoo. I have hard water and it is great at removing minerals without stipping my hair.

Better smell. Contains "milk albumine", hence the name, I guess. Seemed to clean hair just fine.
