Love this. I'm From P. R. Near the beach. Always hot and sunny. My hair is very dry. This product leave my hair very soft. I use it with curling jelly and the result was better than devacurl and ouidad for less money. If you live in a hot humid place, maybe you could try it.
On it's own, It did a fairly good job at preventing frizz but my curls were left limp. I'm thinking it's because my hair needs protein, but this has none.
one of the best leave ins I've used. tons of slip, smooths the cuticle and gives definition and LOST OF MOISTURE
This is such a great product. I love it so much. This and Kinky-Curly Knot today are my favorite leave-in conditioners.
This has been a staple of mines for a long time. The smell is great and and it has a lot of slip which helps a lot in detangling. It works well with other products. It is also a good moisturizer. Works well on my 3b/3c hair. It also works well as a styler for twistouts.
My fine thin 3a curls love this product. I began using it when I tried the coconut co-wash and fell in love with it. I'm growing back my length from a pixie so my curls are at random lengths and can look very unruly this keeps them soft and my hair feels fuller and not weighed down. Ive tried several other products but have come back to this line time and again. I will for the remaining time I grow out my length stay with this product line..
i have short hair "3b" with low porosity and protein sensitive hair, i go with this product since it water-based and protein free, this product is very very light no matter what amount i used for may hair " one bottle " in just 2 weeks !!! still my hair will be dry next day! for those who seek for intensive moisturizing this will not work for you, it was OK during the summer but NOW in winter with this dryness weather in my country " SAUDI ARABIA " never work. i will try something new :(
I would give this a 3 and a half if I could. The product is not oily. It does not leave any build up. It smells nice. I felt as if my hair was conditioned but the results were not lasting. By mid week my hair feels dry and brittle again. I do moisturize throughout the week but I'm just not completely satisfied with or convinced by the product. For the record, I used to LOVE As I Am products and I used to highly recommend it. I'm not sure if they changed the formula recently but I have noticed some less than savory ingredients that were not there before ( Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Potassium Sorbate) and the product seems to be a lot less expensive than it used to be.
I absolutely love this product. I have very fine, porous hair that tends to be dry. I love the As I Am line and this leave-in has been a staple. I make sure my hair is very wet and put it in when I'm still showering. I use a lot of it and make sure all strands are coated. I end with a bit in my palm that I scrunch up into my ends. I have tried to go without this stuff and I can't. I'm addicted to this and the As I Am co-wash. The key is to rake it through your very wet hair. Don't be stingy with it.
I adore this leave in for my 3b/3c transitioning hair. It doesn't detangle like KCKT but I detangle in the shower with conditioner anyway so it didn't bother me. I wish KCKT was more moisturizing than it is for me, but this one worked much better for me. I have noticed I need to use it on wet hair (not sopping, but more than damp) for it to spread right. I also mix it with an ACV spritz the third day so I can stretch my hair as long as five days (unheard of for my easily tangled hair). If I need SERIOUS detangling I use KCKT with oil as a prepoo and then also detangle again in the shower, and then this anyway. TLDR: this is a much better moisturizer but not an amazing detangler so keep that in mind.
I used this on my boyfriend's hair and i believe he's a 4a/4b mix. It worked so well on him. :) i am definitely going to try this for my own curls as well. From what i saw it's a good product to invest in :)
The leave-in is a base product that I use only on wash day. It is applied before styling products such as gel or the creams (twist out). This leave-in moisturizes well. Still moisture must be locked or it will evaporate and leave hair dry. On non-wash days I use Moisture Milk with good results. People are amazed that I have the curl definition I get with this product. Yes the curls pop. Very pleased with the product line so far. It's a keeper. After using the co-wash my hair, the coils (ramen noodle looking) were beautiful. Tonight trying out curl-formers with the product.
I like this leave-in better now than when I first tried it. I am transitioning to natural and have about six inches relaxed and four to five inches (with shrinkage) of natural. I notice it makes my natural curls "pop" like nobodies business. It does make my hair much MUCH easier to detangle. I wish it came in a bigger bottle...because I'm a bit heavy handed with this, particularly when using it with the Twist Defining Cream--as the TDC doesn't have much moisture. I keep going back to As I Am products because even though I find the Shea Moisture products easier to use, the scent of SM drives me nuts (in a bad way) and some of the ingredients in SM give me a rash.
I decided to try this after trying the Coconut Co-Wash from this line. This is a great leave in conditioner. I like to use it when my hair is damp, it works best that way for me. It leaves my hair feeling soft and moisturized. It does not enhance my curls in anyway (then again, most products don't). I've been on my first bottle for a couple of months now. A little goes a ling way. I will definitely be repurchasing.
at first when I started using it I liked it. then I started to realize when my hair was finished air drying, and I took my twist out it kind of left my hair somewhat dry, I don't think I plan on buying this again, I mean I liked it, but im sure I can find something more moisturizing.
I love this leave in conditioner. It makes my hair super soft and helps to cut down on the frizz. It is very light and goes on easily. My hair is not greasy when I use it, and it works well under my gel. Prior to this, I was using DevaCurl One Condition as my leave in, and my hair was so greasy! I hated the way it felt.
I've stopped getting perms for a year and 2 months now but I've just started to wear my hair natural (I was just flat ironing it previously) and this is the first line of products I tried. This leave in started off as alright, but when I tried KCKT I realized how much I was missing out. This leave in does not compare at all to KCKT. It doesn't help with definition of your curls and I see no difference with detangling.
My hair really didnt like this leave in compared to the Kinky Curly Knot Today, for some reason it left my hair dry, dull and frizzy. i won't be purchasing again.
I was disappointed. I really wanted to like this product, but it left my hair feeling hard? Will not purchase again. (4a)
IF I could give this product -0.9128 STARS I WOULD,THIS PRODUCT IS THE WORST EVER(IM SO SERIOUS)i used this on my all natural hair & it was like as if i didn't put nothin on it @ all.IT SCARRED ME 4 LIFE,EVERY TIME I SEE THIS PRODUCT I CRINGE.PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!
protein sensitive and this leave in was recommended although it has coconut oil in the second ingredient (as do most of the as i am products) This leave in conditioner was just OK It didn't give me the supple moisturized soft great feeling that kinky curly knot today did
I really wanted to love this product, since I love the cowash. Unfortunately, I did not it left my hair dry, and did not have good slip. Will not be repurchasing this item.
its ok i compare it to kckt which was awful on my hair but this was a little better. Not good enough to repurchase i guess leave in conditioners are pointless to my hair
I like this leave-in but nothing is special about it that makes it stand out from others. It's very lightweight, it has a light pleasant smell and you don't have to use a lot to coat your hair so I can see it lasting a long time. If you have the extra money to splurge on a leave-in product I would purchase just to say you have tried it. It will last you a long time. Overall I really like the As I Am products that I have tried.
Really love this product...EDP when used with their other products...Great for twist out.major definition and zero zero zero frizz....nice tropical smell...good slip...not heavy on hair and absorbs into hair on contact! Will buy again
I love, love, love this product. It makes my hair super soft, shiny, clumps together, and manageable. It keeps it so moist and helps my hair retain length. Also, I like that it's really light for my fine strand, normal porosity, medium density hair.
Low porosity, protein sensitive, transitioning hair, sensitive skin Provides some moisture but very greasy ( too heavy for fine relaxed hair). Probably works better on all natural hair. I use it as a conditioner base now. I add oils and honey to it. It works well for me like that so I gave it two stars for that. Overall good ingredients and did not irritate skin/scalp which was good (gave one more star for that). Really good conditioner base.
Really like this product. Great coconutty smell. Works well as a detangler - about the same as Knot Today, but with more moisturizing to it, as opposed to the oil free gel type. I feel like this plus a cream on top works well for an LOC routine without the oil because of the moisturization of this product.
As a leave in after cleansing with the coconut cowash, I found my hair to be moisturized & manageable. I look forward to trying some of the other products in this line because these two have done what they claim to do.
Really more 3A--Like this--nice fragrance and my hair felt very silky after I put it on. I have only used this once, following it with the AIA gel. Nice, hair soft but a tad dry--maybe its the glycerin in it--but I still recommend it.
I like their products, I just want a bigger size! A lot of these companies are too expensive and for someone with has a lot of hair, that bottle is gone too quickly.
Used after the cleansing pudding. Love the smell and a little worked wonders. Hair was super moisturized and manageable. will buy again.
I got this at my local sallys. Love the smell but its too light for the winter weather. It does little to moisturize. I'll keep it and see what it'll do for spring and summer. 2 stars for the price and smell.
I absolutely LOVE this leave in! It leaves my hair very moisturized and soft without weighing it down. I have used Paul Mitchell The Conditioner for years, but switched to KCKT b/c of the silicones in PM. I love the Knot Today, but have been wanting to try the As I Am since I heard it was more moisturizing. It is similar to Knot Today, but is definitely more moisturizing. It works well with KCCC so I was very happy about that. It smells great, good slip, very moisturizing, and is cheaper than Knot Today. I think this is my new favorite leave in. I will definitely be repurchasing.
This stuff is HORRIBLE! I've been trying to find something else to use because Kinky Curly just isn't doing anything to my hair anymore, and this was definitely a waste of money. Being a college student, I don't have much money to waste. I hate the smell, it smells like an orange to me but not a pleasant smelling orange. It makes my curls feel stripped and dry.
4a / 4b hair. I've been natural for 4+ years. I thought this product was fine. I ended up having to use a lot more than what I wanted to in order to easily put the product in my hair. Because of that, I ended up with more stiff hair. The smell is okay. I wouldn't use again.
The best leave-in! Great price for the amount you get - just adds a great moisturized base to add stylers on top. Love that it is specifically just to add extra moisture and then add your styling product. It also is silicone free so it doesn't frizz up my hair or make it itchy at all! Much better than what I get with ouidad.
I somewhat like this on my 3b/3c hair. It is runny and clear and smells nice and light. I thought it moisturized my hair, but after it dried my hair felt just as dry as before. At first I tried it with oil but by it's it not that good.
I was looking for a Kinky Curly Knot Today replacement, and i found it. Not only is this product cheaper, it smells loads better and it works well with other products. Will be a staple
This leave in is amazing! Leaves my hair detangled and shiny! I use it under Kinky Curly curling custard since the Knot Today took forever to dry and mad my scalp itch. I love this stuff! It dries quickly and makes my hair look beautiful. A little goes a LONG way! It's water based and can be used as a refresher as well. Will definitely repurchase.
I love love love this stuff!! This was my first leave ever to start natural and it started my journey off with a BANg! Great slip, smell and moisture very well. I try not to use it on a reg so it doesn't run out , I need a lifetime supply!!
Actually not sure if I am 3c or 4a. This conditioner is a staple for me, it absorbs into my hair leaves it soft, detangles easily and my hair is very manageable. It works extremely well with the double butter cream also made by As I AM. Once I apply these two products my hair for the rest of the day my hair remains moisturized. Considering that I am new to the natural hair world; I am glad I came across this product. Now, if I can only find two other product line that works just as good or better. I rate this product a 4 ( only because my grandmother always said there is always room for improvement)
I have 4C hair. This leave-in is AWESOME!!!! Helps to detangle my hair after washing and conditioning. It leaves it supple and manageable. My hair feels so GREAT after I apply this stuff. I have been using this product for about 1 1/2 years. I discovered it by chance. I'm so glad I did!! It's really aided in my length retention (from 6 to 12 inches in one year, WHAT?! LOL!!) No more crazy breakage!!
I love the As I Am product line. This leave in conditioner works well with the L.O.C Method for shiny, solky soft curls! Here is my youtube video on the product: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aWsK31Y0608&list=PLE986BE8BA1BC0063&index=2
This isn't a good leave-in. I picked it up because the first ingredients are coconut oil and amla. I use those ingredients in my regimen on the regular; however, this product was disappointing. I kind of liked it the first use but after that, no. It's not that cheap though so I'm going to use it until it's gone.
I really enjoy this leave-in. I use it everyday in my L.O.C. system. First I spray my fro with my Aloe Vera & Grapeseed oil mix, then I apply organic cold-pressed Coconut oil, then I follow with this leave-in. My hair is so soft, manageable, and easy. Plus, I've seen a dramatic reduction in split ends, knots and dry scalp in my hair. I don't think I will bother with any other products in the line because they're too $$$ for me, but this leave-in is worth the money for sure. Try it for yourself!
I love light leave in conditioners. This light and helps a lot with detangling after washing. I didn't have to use any other products before blow drying and flat ironing. I flatiron and wear a wrap most of the time so I don't need anything thick that weighs my hair down. It's perfect for my 3c hair.
I really wanted to like this product because I really love their co-wash, but I was not impressed at all. When I put it in, I did not feel anything. So I am still searching for a good leave in. And I didn't like that there was not at pump. So for me it was just ok.
Do not be fooled by all of the positive reviews on this product. This product, for naturally thin (strands of) curly hair is absolutely the worst. First, it takes away from any definition of that my curls have--it basically makes my hair look string-y because the product is SO heavy! It weighs down my hair. Also, this product makes the bottom of my curls mat together into a clump, and this is highly annoying and very damaging! I've had just enough of this product. Never again, I'm afraid.
I was really excited about this due to all the good reviews. I was not impressed at all, it left my curls dry and undefined. I gave it 2 curls because it did smell good and didn't leave any build up.
I do not like this product. It was way too thin and runny when applying to hair. It also left my hair frizzy with major curl shrinkage. Will never use this product again.
Hair type: mixed, 3C/4A. I like the As I Am line very much and the CoWash & Double Butter Cream are my staples. The Leave-In is decent, does the job, but I like Kinky Curly's Knot Today a lot better. It was good, but KC was better IMHO.
hair type: 3c,4a... I didnt really like this stuff..It was ok and its ok to detangle with..Its just not really nothing to be raving about in my opinion
I like that it's light because my hair gets weighed down easily, being low porosity and fine, it happens a LOT, but it does nothing for my hair. My hair stays very frizzy after applying it as if I didn't put anything in it at all. And the As I Am moisture milk was too heavy. Ugh. I continue the never ending quest for my ideal products :(
I have been using this product in lieu of KKNT and I will not go back. This detangles my hair to the point that I can do a wash n go and my hair still looks great! Trust me, it is worth the small investment for the great results.
I like it. My 3c/4a hair tolerates it. Most of the time I can get away with not sealing my hair if I'm using a good leave- in/moisturizer. I always have to add a butter on top of this leave-in. It's a good moisturizer for the price point. Great ingredients.
i like this conditioner very much. the first time i used it, i used too much. my hair is a 3a or 3b and is very fine. but the next time i used it, it was great. it left my hair very soft and feeling like hair.
I like this leave in conditioner on my 4a coily hair and have found it to be most effective when I use it on soaking wet hair. When I use my water spray on my sections my hair is easier to comb. I use just a small amount and distribute it through my entire hair, then water down each section and add more conditioner if necessary. So far I have not experienced any flaking and I like that about this product.
I love this leave-in!!! It's officially one of my Staples. It's really moisturizing. The overall health of my hair has improved since I started using this leave-in.
I use this as the base conditioner for the Kimmaytube leave in, and I was able to detangle my hair with ease!! I've found my staple leave-in!!!
This product makes my hair so soft and it smells yummy too, like candy. But its not really strong and it doesn't linger a long time in your hair. I use this after I apply the coconut cowash and conditioner, any kind that I have at the time. I just put about 4 sqeezes in my hair and work it throughout my hair and thats it.
3A/3B Use this after the cleansing pudding (CP is a little more of a deep clean for my hair) and it works amazingly (As do all the products in this line). Also tried it as a "pick me up", to refresh my curls, and it works like magic. Full, soft, controlled, nothing short of great! I am totally sold on this whole line! Smells pretty great too......
I have used this product once a week for the last 3 weeks... and I love it. My hair is so soft afterwards and a little goes a long way. Before I was using Giovanni Leave-in-Direct for the last few months and was never satisfied with how my hair felt after using it, my hair just felt "funny" afterwards, kinda dry. With AS I AM I am 100% satified with the results. I will continue to use till the bottle is gone, to make sure these first few times I didn't just get lucky. I also noticed that the softness of my hair last days longer. My wash and gos now feel nice and soft with the look I want but not all crunchiness.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this leave in conditioner. Has great slip, a little goes a long way and it plays well with other products, especially Kinky Curly Curling Custard. It smells so good and affordable.
I was really surprised how happy I am with the results. I use a shampoo a couple of time a week, the Elucence conditioner. Then I follow it up with As I Am Leave-In Conditioner. I am not sure it is quite a good as the Kinky Curly Knot today leave in, but its been nice to have a different leave in with a different smell. I was getting tired of the same old smell day after day. I think it provides good detangling power or good slip. I also thing on my really fine 3c hair that I don't see a lot of breakage. Now I would mention that having a good conditioner prior to using this as a leave in is key. This will help with slip and moisture, but if regular conditioner doesn't work, this won't fix lack of conditioning from the regular conditioner.
Really like this product! I squeeze it into a spray bottle and dilute for my 3B hair. Works GREAT as a second day styler or giving my curls some spring after being in the dry heat all day. Works best on wet/damp hair to dry, not best for getting hair slip or a pudding kind of look. This product is all about moisture! Definitely buying more when I run out!
Yes. It as some slip and detangling properties. BUT when my hair dried it WAS dry as straw. It didn't play well with my stylers as it sucked ALL of the moisture out of my hair. This stuff is evil. Going back to Sally's for a refund.
In L.O.V.E w/ this leave in. It is definitely my staple product. It definintely has a great smell and leaves my hair very soft and manageable. I won't say that it's a detangler but it makes up for that in ingredients. I'm a mix between 3c and 4b and my hair thanks me for it
I recently tried this leave-in after going through a number of others that my hair didn't respond well to: including KKNT and Kimmaytube's leave-in concoction. Now I will say that after reading "Curly Like Me" and girlfriend giving me the breakdown of what all those chemicals on the back on the bottle mean, I added some glyercin (for added slip to my highly textured hair). My hair is very mositurized to the point that I've forgotten my usually daily moisturizer spray. Definitely hooked.
Staple staple staple!! For years I used spray leave-ins such as Jane Carter, but I'm so glad I gave this a try! De-tangling is a breeze and moisture is long lasting.
I am a 4a with a TWA and I liked this product. I used it after using the coconut cowash product and it faired well. I actually like it better than the Knot Today by Kinky Curly. It left my hair hydrated and I loved that fact that there was no film left on my hair. I ended up putting the sample of it in my spray bottle with some water and vegetable glycerin. This is now my every day conditioner. My hair feels like cotton!
Lol...I'm a big fan of As I Am products. I have my mom addicted to this brand. The leave-in detangles as well as conditions:)
Nice leave-in with tons of moisture; hair feels soft and frizz is tamed. It has a light scent, plenty of slip. I've applied oil and water-based styling products over this leave-in with excellent results. I now prefer this over it's sister-company leave-in by KeraCare Natural Textures; the formulation is very similar but As I Am can be purchased on the ground at several retailers.
This is ok just ok. It didnt give my hair any slip not a detangler at all. That's all i can say.
I Love this Leave-In! Before this I used KCKT <--- This product was good BUT I wanted a Leave-in with better ingredients.. Read reviews on the As I Am products and wanted to give them a try, this was the first product I tried... I WAS SOLD!!! I gave this product 4 out of 5 stars because I wish it was a tad bit thicker! But it still works wonders.. It really makes my 4b coils POP.
Smells so good, moisturizes your hair instantly .. check me out for tips and tricks to make the product work http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQpnJCPAy6U&feature=channel&list=UL
Very disappointed! I was really excited to get this product thinking it may be similar to kinky curly knot today so may be I could save a little money. .but the problem is on the website it says in the ingredients that it does not have glycerin which I don't like to use at all so that's the reason I bought it but when I got the bottle today and looked and the ingredients it says it has glycerin in it. .so I don't know if I will be even using this product
I didn't feel like this product was as good as I had anticipated. I actually believed it was comparable to Kinky Curly Knot Today and then realized it caused my hair to feel a lot like straw. Definitely gave this product away to one of my friends. Didn't like it as much as I thought.
It's okay. Nothing to write home about. It didn't really soften my hair or make my curls look any better. I used KT and that made a huge difference using the same products over it.
I love LOVE this. This makes my hair softer than it's ever been!! I use it after cowashing and as a moisturizer when it has dried :) I will buy this again and again. Smells great as well
I really like this leave-in conditioner. It moisturizing and fights the dreaded frizz from the get go. Any styling product over it works well. The only reason I am not giving a 5 is that it is almost too much moisture. You have to be really careful with my curl type to get it right. Too much and the curls are doomed to droop.
Love this stuff! As a leave in and as a moisturizer! The double butter did NOT work for me but this picked up the slack. If you don't like it as a leave in try it as a moisturizer!
This is the best leave in I have every tried and so much better than KCKT!! By using this after washing my hair with the cleansing pudding, all I need to apply is curling custard (I use Komaza Coconut Curling Custard) to my hair to style (which cut down my hair regime by more than half the products I used to use)!!! My hair is incredibly soft and I part air dried it/part diffused dried it and no frizz!!! This is also the first time I have not had white flakes or crunchy hair after applying curling custard to hair with a leave in. Highly recommend and will definitely repurchase. I can get 4 day hair by just misting with water and adding a bit more curling custard. Absolutely brilliant and I have FINALLY found my HG of leave in conditioners!
A really like this leave in. I applied it to my hair after I rinsed out the deep conditioner. I did not need to use alot at all!! Suprised the heck out of me! A quarter size amount for one half of my head. It felt amazing and my hair absorbed it nicely. It is a keeper as well!
I love this! If you add a quarter size to a generous section of your hair (drenched-soaking wet hair leaves great results) and sleep on it, in the morning you'll have defined, soft curls that look shinny and hydrated. I just patted some more over my over night dry hair, a little water on my hands, and I was done! I didn't even add mousse or anything else, though I am thinking of buying something from the same brand to give it more texture, but that's just 'cause I'm used to it. If I someday, for some reason, run out of mousse I wont worry too much as long as I have this to back me up.
My hair loves this product on shampoo day! Not too heavy and adds just enough moisture to my freshly washed hair.
This product is decent not much slip, but the smell is nice, dose a ok job of detangling, worth 10.50 umm Im not so sure I only used it twice
I use this and the hydration elation deep treatment and when i tell you MOISTURIZED...i mean it.
I love this leave in. It is moisturizing and protein free which I need. My hair is soft and it really does what it says. I know some said they couldnt detangle with it but I was able to detangle with it just fine. I have a holy grail and I am going to stick with it. No more experimenting for me. The price is good too. It plays well with styling products too.
I was in search for leave in that would wow me and this did it. KC Knot Today fails in comparison. This product will be a staple for me. 3b/3c
Good price but not really an amazing product. Won't be repurchasing. Can't detangle at all with this product
EPIC FAIL. I was so excited to purchase this product but was highly disappointed when I saw how badly it dried my hair out. I even used it a few times just to make sure and was disappointed each time. I will not repurchase this ever again.
This product sat on top of my 3c - 4c curls so I had to get it out immediately after I had the best experienced with As I Am Coconut CoWashing.
The sample won me over! Great slip, smells wonderful, hair felt great! It's glycerine free just in time for the cooler months. Love this line! Definitely worth your $$$$
I really liked this leave-in. I left my hair soft, moisturized but not greasy. It also has great slip and a little goes a long way. New HG product perhaps...
I ordered the sample pack of their products. I used the leave-in after using the pudding cleanser. This was the 1st time I had second day hair!!! I pretty much made it to the 3rd day, only had to dampen my hair a little & freshen with some product. I ordered this right away since I ran out of the sample. Great leave-in for my 3c hair.
I live in India and have had a tough time finding a conditioner that works for my hair. Sure, you get many natural oils but they make my hair look extremely oily or dry out really quickly. I haven't even found products that are low poo and chemical free. Ayurveda just hasn't sorted itself for curly hair out here, as straight hair seems to be culturally acceptable way of being. My hair really felt like hay and I didn't even feel motivated to take care of it. My sister got me this conditioner and many more. My hair has transformed now from the bush of wires into a little mop of curls. It is simply amazing. I can see the difference in my locks and I don't even apply styling gel now. My hair is moisturized and soft- and more than anything, extremely hydrated... ;)
I remember getting the trial pack from asiam, and this happened to be one of the lovely samples they sent me. THIS THINGS MOISTURIZES LIKE YOU WOULD NOT BELIEEEEVE!!! I fell in love with it and it was the first sample that I used up within a week. It was just that moisturizing! And this is coming from someone with extremely thick hair that always sucks up everything i throw at it!
This is a really good leave-in. It has good slip and I actually have bounce in my curls. This is an overall great line. I will have to try the curl enhancing gel next but I don't know if it will compare with my Spiral Solutions enhancing gel, which I love, but so far I have been really happy with the products I have tried. This line works well with Spiral Solutions products. I have found that sometimes when I use products made especially for African American hair that it is too heavy but these are very light-weight products and they have a really nice smell.
